No internet and got in the property late due to owner negligence”
I had a terrible stay here. 0 out of 10 for service. The owner seems more interested in making money with minimal effort. You have to get the key from the mailbox room yourself. No, the apartment receptionist won't open the mailbox for you—you have to reach into the box to retrieve the access and parking cards. One of the cards was unreachable, placed too deep inside the box. (My suggestion: bring a baby next time, their tiny hand would be able to reach the card). I had to wait around half an hour just to resolve that issue. Do they really clean the room and check the keys after each guest? I'm not so sure. When we finally got in, the apartment unit was dirty. There was no battery in the AC remote, one of the room ACs was broken, and there was no internet. Fortunately, we had a phone with an IR remote, so that wasn’t a big issue. But when we complained about the Wi-Fi, the owner told us to contact the internet provider ourselves. It turned out the owner hadn't paid the internet bill.
