Problem from beginning ”

No clear instruction on check-in procedures, from parking until room location and lift usage, concern on cleanliness.. early check-in to pay extra rm 60.. (adoi).. early check-out ie 11am.. facility lift very poor, time consume.. deposit collected cash rm 200.00 ( be careful in case of during check-out, to provide bank account).. as for mine, i wanted the deposit in cash as collected via cash payment. Fees for cleaning to high, but cleaning very2 poor

Dirty and the beds were uncomfortable ”

There were cockroaches in the house, the cups were smelly, all the beds were bad you can feel the metal spring once you lay down on the bed.
