Spacious apartment with strategic location”
Can accommodate 10 adults and 2 children. Perfect for a staycation while shopping.
Not suitable for families”
Not cheap, not expensive, but not very clean, cramped and not spacious, kitchen facilities are also incomplete
Extremely bad Experience ”
Owner was very rude, late at giving us keys to check in and blame customers for complaining, window broken, ants everywhere, that’s why we canceled 1 day of stay. We were told we should have booked at more expensive hotel, however place should at least be clean with no broken window, when asked to move to a different unit, we were bombarded with anger.
not suitable for family”
the room of apartemen is very noise came from equiPment (old refrigerator, old AC), mazze up Cable, dirty with dust on table etc, seems never maintain well. eventhough we have to buy own lamp for bathroom because not light ON. we requested to owner to provide this, but the owner not respond it. For location OK near from Mall pakuwon. Owner seems can not do friendly communication, not appoligize for this lamp problem. We try other appartemen the next day, and we got cheaper in anderson apart with very clean, comforable room and soffa, very quite apartemen. So we as a family, are dissapointed with this unmantained apartement. not recommmend for family.
