Perfect place, awesome staff, super clean. ”
This is the perfect place to be in the Old City. The price is really low for what they offered. It’s a perfect location, we walk to the Saturday night market and came back walking. They staff prepared sandwiches and juices to take away for the next morning since we where flying early. They are super helpful. The room was really clean and the whole place is really modern style, we liked it a lot!!!

Gem of a guest house ...”
Stayed for 6 days 5 nights in a mountain view room on level 3, Room 2. The room is of decent size, aircon works, wifi works, have a small fridge and a safe. The hotel has no elevator thus if you have a problem with your knees do informed them before hand. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and she greets me every morning by my name. ( น้อง Bee ขอบคุณนะครับ) . The room is serviced every other day. The breakfast selection is minimal, but there is a really delicious hawker selling BBQ pork/chicken stick with sticky rice right outside the hotel. A 7/11 is just across the road and ample massage places around the hotel. น้อง Bee also helped me booked my Chiangrai tour and organised sandwiches for me in the morning as the tour starts at 7am before the kitchen opens. Oh and the Manager is a very handsome young man .... 555... Highly recommended place.

Pretty good”
Room is alright, basic and adequate. Overall the place is cozy and charming. Location is convenient, as pretty much every place in the old town. Staff is really nice and helpful. Bathroom is a bit too basic and the shower was weak and not very well hold up on the wall. Also there's construction next to it when I stayed there.

Very stilish and modern hotel, amazing views on mountains and located in the Old city. Hotel staff are simply amazing and friendly people with very good English. Tasty and homemade breakfast. Highly recommended!

The location and the view from the window are good. I also love the inside slippers they’ve provided. I just wished that the place would provide drinking water every single day just like the other hotels in the city. It would’ve been better as well if the rooms have a small wardrobe not just drying rack. I booked a deluxe suit but the facility is almost the same from that of the lower-cost rooms. I also suggest they constantly check their rooms. I think the toilet in my room had some issues. A drip of water constantly runs on the floor. ,I further find the 1,000 baht room deposit unappealing. It said there it’s for the damage of this and that. Lastly, better receptionist. At least someone who’s there that can help you if you need something. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay.

Clean rooms, convenient location, reasonable price”
The room was clean and had sufficient utilities. Dont forget to bring your own toothbrushes and toothpaste. The 7/11 is opposite the hotel. The hotel is very near night market. However we preferred the male receptionist to the female one, who made us uncomfortable. The breakfast was nice.

Mattress springs all broken. No space can only just fit 2 suitcases in the floor space of a delux room and lighting very poor. Room and bedding nice and clean but house keeping only done every 2 days.
