the hotel needs to improve in staffs' services though I am a regular customer to this hotel. I choose this hotel because of the location but staffs were not friendly during my stay. Hope I can improvement in future.

Have been staying at the hotel most of the the time that I am visiting Kuching. Hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are spacious and clean. Wifi in the room is a super plus point for me.
