Modern Design hotel, small but functional”
As usual, parking is an issue in the day. Good location with local eateries nearby. Clean good place to stay. Do not recall seeing toilet rolls provided. The entrance to hotel is not obviouslly visible. Limited TV channels if at all have time for any.

clean & convenient budget hotel. have 7-eleven downstairs. not really good service though, we did not manage to get iron because other customer did not return yet the iron (buy more pls!how much will it cost anyway)

Not a pleasant hotel. I would not come again.”
Very bad. Bed sheets stained and towel looked dirty. Bathroom can be seen from bed as the windows has no curtains to cover. We can actually see a person taking bath inside the toilet. TV remote not functioning and room is right at end of corridor - pretty scary for a single lady.

Very bad”
Although we are not expect to see very clean bathroom & superb white bed sheer for this budget hotel but at least a clean bed to sleep at night, but dissapointed! I booked this hotel while I out for business trip in october and been told by friend this is a new hotel compare to the near by , so I pop in at evening to check in after my work. At 1st glance room look fine, but not after I find out the super weak shower, half amount of water come out from shower pipe and some just dripping out from the water heater machine. Their so called Lcd / TV are not functioning like one, most channel are not clear & lots of noise. Last & most scary, when i want to sleep & open the blanket ,I saw many blood / brown stains, dust & sand on the bed sheet. I'm so tired and hopeless don't know what else I can do with it. I walk to the counter & request 2 new bedsheet from the cashier and I change my bed sheet in the middle of the night for a few hours of sleep. Nightmare and I would never stay here anymore. I notice Hotel have many branches in KL & Selangor and the price is not expensive but for this price with such service, you can anytime add little more money stay elsewhere with better facilities.

great location but not good of room design”
good location but dislike the room design as the room is quite dark. blanket seem like long time didn't wash, a bit smelly, low quality of billow and mattress. even got some hole with the blanket.

The staff seems to be not aware of my booking. I did not print out my booking and the staff insisted on the printed copy. There are few cockroaches inside the bathroom.

Hotel is old, dirty and service is poor I found the air conditioning is full dust. I have to remove the filter in order to get it running. Found the room is very dirty and even last customer is smoking in the room with the dust in the room. This is very very bad!

Smelly room with dusty bedsheet”
We arrived and checked into a room which is so stuffy and smelly. As if the room have not been occupied for years! Dusty bed sheet as well. Requested to change to another room. Almost the same condition but they say they just change the bed sheet. The bed sheet got yellowish stain and I doubt they wash it frequently. We end up using our tshirt to cover up the pillow.

the hotel is quite noisy and no parking were providede. Therefore, i have to wake-up at 8.30am to buy the parking ticket. otherwise i will get a compound from the city hall.

The worst ever hotel i booked from Agoda”
Sorry to say that, this was the worst booking that i have made thru Agoda. On arrival, staff on duty didn't know what is Agoda, so end up called manager then settled. I was told that they were having renovation and the room type that i booked was not available then i was given another type room. Once walk into the room, the room was unacceptable dirty and old. The blanket was yellowish in color. Then i asked for change. After changing room, I thought it would be better but it was even worst! Smashed 2 cockroaches and the toilet also dirty with the same yellowish blanket. End up, I gave up and check out within 2 hours.
