My family and I were really happy with our stay. Affordable and location was near dotonbori. We always walked there and had no problems. Lawson(it's like a small grocery/convenience store) is near too. Given that the house has only 1 shower area, we were able to manage it by scheduling. There's 2 toilets so that was better. The stairs were really steep so better consider that when booking. There's only 1 room in the ground floor (good thing because my grandfather and grandmother stayed there. The rest stayed at the 2nd floor and 3rd floor) TIP: use the bus going to their place because it's super near compared to using the train. The owner will message the link where to purchase the bus tickets. (they only sell the tickets online. there is no ticketing office in the arrivals area)

Great Value for Money with Great Location”
The house is located at the heart of Osaka. It is just walking distance from Namba and Dotombori, which is very convenient. The house is spacious and has 3 rooms, one located at the ground level (tatami room), one located on 1st floor and 1 spacious bedroom located on the 2nd floor (this room has a partition). The stairs are quite steep and small, those traveling with children need to take this into consideration. The house cleanliness need to be improved, it's a little bit dusty. Feel like nobody has been staying in the place for quite some time. We arrived rather late at night. We had problem finding the house. The direction was not updated, e.g. the exit from the train station should be Exit 6 instead of Exit 1. The land mark is also confusing. The owner use Korean Restaurant signage as the landmark, however after the business hours, the signage will be removed. An update instruction should be given.

great location,near nippombashi station n dontonbori area, can fit for 16-18persons of us, however heater of the house out of order, just manually heater, and only 1bathroom, it would be perfect if there are 2bathrooms ,

Love this cosy house”
Very friendly and helpful staff even though we contacted her by emails only (do contact her early!). Very good for family. Good location. Great wifi if you use it properly. We will certainly look for this cosy and lovey house again the next time we travel to Japan. There were 13 of us in the house and there was still room for more people.

整个行程最差住宿体验。灰尘、蛛网，家具门都掉落，连住两日均看见蟑螂。楼梯也没扶手，窗纸都是破的，地址确认也是错的，明明是3号，告诉我13号，找了一个小时。日本还有如此条件，真是可怕的体验

房间床位是否够的，房子位置离心斋桥和地铁站也不远，房间有2个厕所一个洗澡，所以如果人多的话，得排队洗澡。在选择出行日期之前，一定要确定好天数，不然像我这次，等到快出发才想着要多住一天，房费也没有跟主人面对面交付，放在门口的邮箱里面还不见了，如果以后碰到这种情况一定要面对面交易。

1)可睡上十六人没问题！ 2)共三層楼: a)只二楼有一间冲凉房。(冲凉可得安排安排咯~) b)一楼及二楼各有一间衛生间。 3)一楼有厨房可煮食 4)二楼有一个冼衣机，一及二楼各有一个烘干机！(方便) 5)走路五分钟可到道顿堀. 6)表面清洁還好.(不理柜內~哈哈哈哈)
