4 Spacious Sea View Villa in a luxury resort of 40 other villas all privately owned, with a large private pool.

The resort is beach front, so you can stroll downhill through the resort to the beach and the beachfront infinity pool in 10-15 mins.

The villa itself is very private, with a huge outdoor terrace area and pool.

This is a beautiful 4 bedroom "Ban Bali Style Villa" in the much sought after location of Plai Laem, Koh Samui which is enhanced by its gated entrance leading to the private lovely gardens, swimming pool and sala with fan, table and chairs, sunbeds a must for shade.

The property has Master bedroom with large en-suite facilities which include a walk-in shower, bath, toilet and his and hers sinks. Wooden flooring with double doors leading to balcony overlooking the pool with distant sea views and of big Buddha, fantastic sunset views.

Guest Double bedroom with wooden flooring has access to the balcony overlooking the pool, and has Access to a family bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

Twin Bedroom (can be put together to make double bed) with wooden flooring and door leading to the family bathroom

Property policies

Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at B9 per unit + 7% tax. Average daily consumption based on 8 people sharing, would equate to B100 per person per day. Water is 700 Baht per truck, consumption around one truck per week. Refundable breakages deposit equivalent to THB15000 payable upon arrival This is not a hotel, but a private villa for your group only. Therefore, I will need to meet you there with the key to let you in. Please provide me with the EXACT time to meet you at the villa. A security deposit of 15,000 THB will be required at check-in and will be refunded at check out. Any currency is fine. A copy of all passports are required before or upon check in to comply with Thai law.
