“Wir kommen gern wieder, Preis-Leistung top und alles andere auch.”

Die Kinder haben die Nähe zum großen Schwimmbad Lalania genossen und die Nähe zum Strand (10 Min. zu Fuß). Außerdem war es sehr schön, durch die Fußgängerzone zu schlendern und etwas Leckeres in der Nähe essen zu können, weil alles fußläufig gut erreichbar ist. Der Parkplatz vor der Tür war super. Die Wohnung war ausreichend groß für uns, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktionell und sauber.
Things I don’t like
Die automatischen Nachrichten könnten mal wieder überarbeitet werden. Es waren insgesamt zu viele in Deutsch und in Englisch, inhaltlich oft doppelt und generell zu viele. Den Link für den Verbrauchszähler habe ich nur in der ersten Mail von vor ein paar Monaten gefunden. Das könnte verbessert werden. Ich bin selbst Vermieter und freue mich auch über konstruktive und hilfreiche Kritik.

“Wie erwartet, gut wenn man mit kleinen Kindern verreist”
Things I like
Gute Lage, Indoor-Spielplatz und Hallenbad, fußläufig zu Stand und Restaurants, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Voll auf den Urlaub mit Kindern ausgerichtet.
Things I don’t like
Ausstattung in Wohnung und im Spielplatz/Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, manche Dinge wie Dunstabzug funktionieren nicht richtig. Kommunikation mühsam: viele Mails mit viel altem Text. Komplizierte Ablesung des Stromverbrauchs - man wird in zahlreichen Mails daran erinnert, dann gibt einen QR-Code auf Papier, aber das System hat die Werte dann doch nicht gespeichert, also mussten in der Rezeption die alten Werte am Computer rausgesucht werden, und mit einem Foto der neue Wert eingetragen werden.

Die Lage war super. Einige Freizeitaktivitäten wie Minigolf, Trampolinspringen, Elektroautos für Kinder sind gegenüber der Unterkunft. Der Weg zum Nordseestrand ist ca 200m.
Things I don’t like
1. Es gibt dort kein Fitnesscenter wie beworben! 2. im Schlafzimmer gibt es offene Kabel direkt an den Lampen am Bett! Aufgrund der Reklamation wurde einfach gesagt, da ist sei kein Strom drauf. 3. Mülleimer war bei Ankunft nicht geleert. 4. beim Beziehen der Betten, fanden wir ein Kopfhörer-Case unter einem Bett. Vermutlich vom Vormieter. Wir fragen uns, ob das beim Saubermachen nicht auffallen würde…. 5. WLAN funktioniert nicht. Aufgrund Reklamation gab man uns den Code von zwei Nachbar-Appartements. 6. keine der drei Innentüren ließ sich schließen, da die Türen oder Zarge so stark verzogen waren. 7. Der Wasserkocher verliert Wasser während des Heizvorgangs. 8. Küchenmöbel und Schlafzimmerschrank kaputt, jedoch nutzbar 9. das Schwimmbad wirkt sehr unhygienisch (viele kleine braune Ablagerungen in allen Becken, auf den Wegen grünliche Ablagerungen, Fußboden in den Umkleiden dreckig). Ca. jeder zweite Spind war entweder ohne Schloss oder funktionierte nicht. 10. der Außenspielplatz ist sehr abgenutzt und müsste mal überholt werden.
