Great location, but the house...”

I thought that the location was great, there was easy access to the beach just down the street. The access to the pool and the ping pong tables was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood, which was nice!
The house definitely needs updating. The carpet was really gross (why would you have carpet in a beach house anyways?!) the sink in the master bathroom leaks constantly and the shower curtain liner ...

If you want a house...”

Property was very comfortable and close to the beach. Beach was not crowded.
Fort Morgan is a 20 minute drive from Gulf shores with very limited supplies and places to eat.
