When I arrived at the guest house, I was informed that I had a shared bathroom. There is nothing in the website that stated this and when I paid, I was not notified of this. I paid extra to upgrade but there was no hot water and the the tv was stuck on an info channel as the subscription had not been paid. Going forward, I will never use Agoda to book a guest house.
