Overall a neat and tidy apartment. Modern styling. Definite pro was the shopping precinct in the complex. Made it easy to get the little things without too much hassle. Only cons were that the mattresses were really hard and uncomfortable and that the shower screens and balcony sliding doors needed cleaning.

Awesome Rooftop Pool”

The best part about the apartment is the rooftop pool. There's a morning market which is walking distance. At night, the market has street food vendors which was great. The apartment was clean and feels like home. Definitely booking again when I'm in Saigon.

The house was very nice with 2 bed room and everything is provided, from the kitchen amenties to bathroom things, especially i love the host choices of bed sheets, very cute. The infinity pool on 5th floor is a must try when you stay here. The host was very nice and friendly, he has helped me a lot during my trip, thank you Hoang!

Couldn't ask for a better home and host, it's close to my temporary workplace here so very convenient, 5 minutes to d1, everything is provided as well as the pool. I will come back for my next work trip!

The only weakness is a little far from city centre. About 50k to city, swimming pool wasn't available during my stay, other than that everything is great.

Sale , pas préparé, mal situé, quartier extrêmement sale et plutôt loin de tout .”

Les + : taille de l’appartement, terrasse, literie confortable Les - : piscine en maintenance (?) pendant le séjour , appartement pas du tout nettoyé ( mégots dans plante verte morte ainsi que cannettes de bière vides, chaussures oubliés des clients précédents, bouteilles vides dans la cuisine , reste de nourriture dans le frigidaire, boîte de faux cils dans les tiroirs, flacons de shampooing et de savon entamés dans les salles de bain, cadres de lits sales......) Le propriétaire, alerté, dit ne pas être au courant, être à l’étranger pour son travail, et demande de ne pas émettre d’avis négatif parce qu’il possède plusieurs appartements dans ce complexe immobilier, qu’il effectue lui même « méticuleusement » le nettoyage, sauf que cette fois , il a soi disant fait appel à une société extérieure .... il me propose même en échange d’un avis positif et enchanteur, de m’offrir une nuit gratuite à valoir sur mon prochain séjour à Saigon..... Sans commentaire .

리모델링을 해서인지 전체적인 분위기가 깔끔하고 매우 깨끗합니다. 젤 저렴한 방을 선택했는데도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 직원분들이 너무 친절하고 다정해서 지내는 내내 편안함을 느꼈습니다. 가격도 저렴한 편이고 아침에 나오는 조식도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 놀다가 너무 늦게 돌아와서 직원분들을 깨우게 되어서 미안했습니다. 호텔을 떠나는 순간까지 친절을 아끼지 않으셨고 하나하나 섬세하고 만족스로운 기분으로 떠나게 되어서 다음에 방문하게 된다면 1순위로 고민해보겠습니다. 물론 여자친구랑 오는것은 고려해보아야 합니다. 비지니스나 남자들끼로 온다면 적극 추천드립니다.
