Let's take care the place as your own house with some simple and easy rules that you definitely can do it : - - You may treat our place as your own house. - Smoking inside the house is not allow. - Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property, This applies to both drugs and internet activity. - No pet or animals allow. - No Party allowed. - Kindly take care the goods in the house. Do Not Damage any goods in the house if there's any damaged of goods, please let us know so I could arrange for its replacement or repairs. - Please return all the keys/cards when checking out. - The goods in the house is belong to the unit , let's let them to stay in the house nicely.. Additional information - Kindly to be inform that security deposit RM100 for access card and parking is needed bfore check in ya.. Same day refund will be apply by bank transfer (cash refund base on availability upon requested earlier) after inspection when you check out. Due of recently many check in guests was not responsible to return the card and key to host and this make us have to block and duplicate the card with management , it's cost us RM200 and police report needed, this is really very inconvenient , this is the reasons why we need to collect security deposit .. We want to make sure everything smooth from check in till check out. - We do have few units in the building .. unit will be arrange according the price that we receive .. all booking price below RM220 will be small unit , and above RM220 will be bigger unit .. But if big unit was available we will try to arrange bigger unit even lower then RM220 for your stay too :) - Parking base on first come first serve :) if free parking fully redeemed , we will help to rent with another owner with charges. Thank you so much for understanding.

Satisfied with the unit given, spacious and comfortable. the best is they put room fragrance at every corner and make the room’s fresh and nice smell. Located in the middle of Hartamas, easy to get convenience store, restaurants and in front of shopping mall. The host named Ice, very nice and helpful. keep updating me and give the clear information to self check in and out. Will repeat again to stay here. Thanks Ice ;)

Definitely Worth it”

So I actually booked this by mistake, and didn't realize it was a private Apartment in a Comples, and not the Hotel next door. However, that being said, Once I reached out for Check in, the person responsible was very helpful. Managed to get a slightly early check in. Since it was an Apartment, plenty of space for Luggage, as well as to sit at for Zoom Conferences, and had control of the AC. Have to remember to turn on Hot Water ahead. Very clean, almost full kitchen (no oven but did have a Microwave) and private. Was able to order Grab and pick it up downstairs at Sec Desk. Location is also close to Hartamas Mall. Worth it at the price, absoutely. However don't be in a hurry to leave if you make your room deposit by Cash and want it back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dorsett residence, and it was an unforgettable experience.The unit were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. I'm impressed by the responsiveness by the host from the planning stage till the end of our retreat. will repeat again to stay here.
