Perfect Location ”
A wonderful hotel. Our second stay here. We slayed for two weeks visiting my parents family and friends. friendly staff,,great location with connection to the Rosebank mall. Loads of shops, restaurants, movie theaters etc…. Not terribly far from the airport, so a great place to come if you are on a transfer point to a game reserve.

Showers grouts need to be redone. House keeping need to be more curtious. I was woken up to be asked what time I was checking out at 9am when check out is at 11am however my checkout was only the next day. Exception of the rule, everyone checked in is a guest. Business or personal.

Charming boutique hotel in good location”
The Grace is a warm and cost boutique hotel in a great location - we have stayed here many times and always enjoyed it. They have nice extra touches, like complimentary scones and jam in the lobby lounge every afternoon, and complimentary canapes every evening. The hotel restaurant is one of the best in Johannesburg. The location is next to Rosebank Mall, so there are many shops and restaurants on the doorstep.

lovely hotel with the good location ”
The hotel is nice with friendly staff. Unfortunately, the new staff is not well-trained or not flexible enough. I usually prefer to pay the cheque in the early morning on the check-out day to prevent the long queue and return the key when I leave the hotel. Unfortunately, after I paid my cheque, the staff told me that i can't go back to the rooom because i already checked out. We have a small argued, and then the manager came out and solved the problem.
