Paper Thin Walls”
Guy at recetion was prepared to listen to our complain and offered different option - all be it a lower quality Room
It was not a good experience. Arrived 11.00pm to our Room after long trip and wanting to sleep. Room next to ours was party HQ for a group of travellers. We could hear every word said which was loud due to effects of alcohol. The swearing and crude jokes weren't appreciated either. The party lasted until after 1.00pm and they were up early banging the empty beer bottles as they cleaned up.

Worst and most expensive”

most expensive motel I have stayed in here or overseas and was very shabby threadbare carpet broken toilet seat shower ran warm water 10 seconds and then cold, shower head had to be held as would flop down and in, facing the wall, the room smelt strongly.

Room is fine but staff are not helpful AT ALL!
We have prebooked the fee pick up service from the airport to the hotel but we did not book the return trip to the airport at the time we checkin. But the staff at the reception did not mention that we need to book it and just ignore us at the time we checkout. We end up need to paid for the unnecessary taxi fee...

We had booked and paid for the room in advance through Agoda. When we arrived they did not have a record of us staying so it was lucky I had the Agoda confirmation. Though the male staff member was fantastic with helpful advice this was one of the few positives. The rooms furnishings were old and faded. The rubbish bin in the kitchen and bathroom was extremely small. The bathroom looked new but had lino on the floor which went part way up the wall with a plastic cheap shower placed in the corner. Heating and cooling was via a small portable heater and a floor fan. The kitchen and bathroom were dirty. The bedroom door did not shut fully. There was a pillow menu. Upon trying to arrange the selection with room service it appeared the female staff member was unhelpful and upon delivering the pillows was obviously not happy with being asked to do so. In fact upon trying to order we were asked how many pillows we already had as it seemed the pillow menu was for cosmetic value only. The room was noisy from traffic noises and people running up and down on the floor above. The room lacked any sound proofing. I have read many good reviews about this place and felt let down. The room was a three star at the best and for the price if you expected three star quality this may have been acceptable. The male staff member was the saving grace of this motel.
