Nice view.
The staff took forever to respond to messages and gave instructions to entering the property as if it was game and had to decode what they were saying instead of just telling me the passwords. Also the only reason I wanted to go there was because of the hot tub. No one was there to help turn it on. They sent a video to follow but the water never got hot so we couldn't use it. And it took 2 hours for the staff to respond to that message. And they had no solution. They just said sorry. It was a waste of money. They even sent a wifi password without telling us which one to connects to. The password didn't work on any of the available wifi options.

La ubicación excelente, el shampoo el acondicionador y el gel de baño están buenísimos huelen delicioso muy buenos los productos. Mucha privacidad. Un concepto padrisimo la cama al igual que las almohadas olían rico y muy confortables. En general bien la cafetera y el cafe super bien. Gracias
El "sofá cama" no me gustó estaba muy duro y sin almohadas la funda esta muy sucia e incómodo el sofá. Y cuenta mucho trabajo ponerle las sábanas porque no hay espacio y el desasolve de la regadera urge. Gracias

La ubicación es lo mejor. La funcionalidad de las habitaciones. En realidad sí es un espacio reducido, pero creo que está muy bien optimizado. Cuenta con todo para tener una buena estancia. Para una persona que viaja sola o para una pareja el alojamiento está perfecto, ahora bien, para una familia grande, pues no, sería muy incómodo.
La cama superior, tipo litera, pero es porque me dan miedo las alturas.

Tiene buena ubicación.
Mucha humedad, las paredes sucias, el colchón en un estado ya muy deplorable, la ropa de cama con manchas. Actualmente todo se ve sucio, el baño no estaba limpio. No dudo que al inicio estuviera bonito pero deben darle mantenimiento e invertir en tenerlo en buenas condiciones, no solo cobrar sin facturar .

La ubicación, esta casi alado del museo frida Kahlo, cerca de la plaza principal de coayacan y anduvimos tarde en la calle caminando y estaba muy traquilo.
El baño no funcionaba, la escalera para subir a la cama tiene mucho juego y mi esposa siempre tuvo miedo de subir por que se movia muchisimo la escalera, los lavamanos tambien estaban descompuestos se encharcaba el agua

La ubicación es excelente, muy seguro, la decoración muy linda, práctico xq tiene mini ar, microondas, parrilla y el baño de muy buen tamaño
Para llegar a la cama tienes que subir una escalera super insegura e incómoda, el techo de arriba tiene muy poca e incómoda altura, te pegas en la cabeza, el cancel del baño tiene mucho moho en la base; finalmente en el anuncio se entiende que la renta es de un departamento completo y no es así, es un loft...toda la noche de manera intermitente hay mucho ruido al parecer x una bomba de agua...

todo, extremadamente cómodo el lugar es increíble. los detalles. habia cafe para el dayuno, productos de limpieza. y productos para el baño. el comfort del lugar la cama las sabanas las toallas todo es un 10z. el complejo donde esta es increíble. las instrucciones de como llegar fueron precisas y muy claras. y el anfitrión estuvo diponible para contestar dudas
