Really good location, right next to metro station Pernety. We were able to keep the luggage in the morning at about 8 and use the toilet to change and get ready. Room was good and TV, AC worked. I'd book again.

OK Hotel”
I was expecting something different…not at all what the pictures shows. Kudos to their photographer to make this look like a 5 star hotel. The carpet definitively needs to be changed! Very small room. The bed was super comfortable though and having AC was a plus! Super friendly staff and great neighborhood. There is an outstanding little pizza place at the corner (right across from the subway exit). Very awkward tub/shower. Too expensive for what we got.

Staff were not friendly , very dirty, no facilities. Very small room , we saw the pictures from the site were not the same as we were expected. At midnight people banging at the wall. Very noisy. Not organized, not enough hand soap neither shampoo, kind of arguing the stale bottle of shampoo and 2 little soaps for one week stay. We paid city t

Typical horribly small hotel room in Paris”
Do not stay at this hotel at all, i will tell you why ; 1) The rooms are very small especially top floor rooms (400-406) as they are rooftop rooms it is impossible to have shower. You can not stand in bathtub. 2) It is very very dirty, there were stains and blood spots on duvet which they were tried to be covered with a cover. 3) Expensive if you think what you get.

My wife and I loved our stay at 55 Montparnasse Hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was lovely - quiet yet lively. It was also about 20 minutes away from everything on the metro! When we go back to Paris, we will stay there again.

Perfect place for short term visit in Paris”
Perfect location of the hotel: 2 tube station away from montparnasse train station and nearby pernetty tube station. Line 13. Shuttle bus possible to charles de gaulle airport from hotel . The transport is a good deal per person and pick up at the hotel so u avoid transport by tube/ carrying heavy luggages.45mn more or less to CDG airport. Good size bedroom with newly changed mattress and pillows. Clean room and bathroom. Quiet room and no noise at night room 401 which was very enjoyable. Very friendly and welcoming reception staff: keen to help and give advice on your stay. Make things easy for you. Around the hotel: main facilities: laundrette, bakery ,supermarket restaurant , and bar tube station. Safe area. Fair breakfast- coffee croissant tea bread even though the size of the breakfast room is limited.

My mom and I enjoyed our stay at the 55 Montparnasse very much. The room is clean and comfortable, a bit small, but well it's Paris! The staff are nice and friendly. The location is really good as it's only a few steps away from the Metro. Although it's a bit off the city center, the area is quite nice and the bakery next to the hotel has great selection of pastries and cakes too.

Excellent location ”
The hotel was in a great location. It was less than 20 steps away from the train station. There are two nearby grocery stores, lots of choices for restaurants and takeaways, self-service laundry stations, and an artisan boulangerie on the street level of the building. Rooms were very clean. It was surprisingly spacious considering all the reviews I read about Paris hotels being the size of a shoebox. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Thank you for making our stay in Paris very comfortable.

Visiting Paris”
Given the purpose of the trip; visiting Paris, we knew we were going to be out most of the day. The hotel satisfied all the basics given the time spent in the room; comfortable bed, sizable rooms, TV with remote, heater to keep the room warm during winter etc. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help from providing directions, to guiding us on where to purchase random items such as adapters etc. Location was pretty convenient as it was located pretty much opposite the metro thus giving you access to all of Paris (touristy spots). Enjoyed my stay there and would definitely stay there again!

Heard so much about the service levels in Paris. The experiences with Montparnasse really turned around my impression. They were friendly and provided the timely help (in our case was car booking). The location is excellent just next to the subway, which takes you in 10-20 mins to get the anywhere in downtown.

Comfortable and convenient”
We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to Montparnasse Station, which is only a short walking distance away. The room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel staff were helpful and obliging. Only slight problem was that our window opened out over a boulangerie that began baking in early hours of morning, so sleep was disrupted by clatter of trays and shouting etc. Being mid-summer closing the window was not practical. Otherwise it was an ideal place to stay in all respects.

Great hotel in a safe area near to metro station. The hotel was clean and tidy and with basic but good amenities. I would book this hotel again if travelling back to Paris. The only thing i would change is a kettle and mini bar

I thought this was a great find. The hotel is right next to the metro, the rooms are large and clean. Internet was in the room was not included in the price but you can buy it from Orange and it works well and is not that expensive. The price was good and I didn't have any problems. Seems the hotel was renovated not long ago.

Good for a day layover before traveling”
It was a nice place to stay for a brief visit in Paris. Superior/double room was comfortable for my son and I to stay in. A little disturbing that when you place the do not disturb sign on the the door, the maid still comes in to service the room in your absence. The staff was very helpful with answering questions, and the hotel was within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe (as long as you don't mind long walks), otherwise the Pernety Metro is right there.

Exceptional”
I would definitely recommend this hotel. The surrounding and location is nice especially for me that I traveled alone. I didn’t hesitate to roam around even after midnight since the ambience feel safe and there’s a lot of open establishments. The receptionist both during day and night are very accommodating and nice. My room is clean and the view from the window is also relaxing ❤️

The hotel is within 2 mins of Pernety Metro station. Turn right after u exit the metro, cross the road and you will reach the hotel. The hotel is clean and quite spacious. Value for money. Chinese food along the street were delicious. Will be back here to stay.
