I have been trying so many hotels in BKK but this is my favorite out of all. The location is excellent, the staff was amazing friendly and helpful, everything was just so nice and new. I would definitely come back whenever i’m in bkk

14 day quarantine ”
I stayed at the hotel for the ASQ (Alternative State Quarantine). 14 days in quarantine wasn’t that great but the hotel staff did very well to make my stay comfortable. I was fed in a timely manner at 0800, 1200, and 1800. The food was always delicious and included deserts, such as baked goods and fruits. After the first week, my room was cleaned every 2 days. When my water heater broke in my room, the hotel staff was very quick to inspect and repair. The process took less then 3 hours to fix from the time I made the complaint. The nursing staff was very diligent in checking up with me through WhatsApp and reminded me whenever I forgot to submit my daily temperature reading to them. Overall, my quarantine was decent and the staff was very professional and helpful. I would stay here again for my next quarantine.

Nice view Near street food ( morning and night) Near night club Nice lobby in hotel: big, clean, cool, have bed and sofa in lobby for guest to lie down in waiting time No hair dryer in room, ask in the reception for 3 days they said yes yes but no one bring to our room until we ask the 4th time in the reception ( the young man ) to get it, there are 2 old guys at the reception always answer Yes but do not bring us the dryer

Location is just a bus ride to Platinum Mall, Central World, Siam Paragon. It's in the city center so basically near to wherever in the city. All of the staff are super nice to us and very accommodating. Our rooms are clean and their lobby is chic. The luggage storage is also free of charge. Overall experience: 10/10

Unbelievable Service ”
I was traveling with a group from Singapore for a week of Golf in Bangkok and Phuket, we played night golf at Bangkok Golf Club and finished around 1am, no taxis around at that time, we were stuck. The hotel manager rang around numerous taxis firms and managed to book us a personal taxi to pick us up at that time! High-end service, on top of that, we had a late flight out of Bangkok the next day, and they allowed us to keep one room as storage for our bags. Great SHA Plus ➕️ Hotel, seedless transfer, good food, and great service. I would highly recommend it.

I stayed for 2 nights from 19-21 Aug 22, hotel is located at the same premise with Montien hotel. Room are new, big and clean, with minimalism inferior. Staffs are nice and helpful, special thanks to the front desk staff at midnight who helped us with our queries. Location is good, close to both MRT Samyan & BTS Sala Daeng station. The only minus point is the water heater system, it’s too unstable that if I turn the faucet to left / right 1mm it could become super hot or super cold. So our daily challenge is finding the perfect point for the warm water.

The definition for this hotel is “GREAT!!!”. The staff are very nice and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. Location is excellent. I arrived at BKK in the morning with some heavy luggages. So, I decided to drop the stuff at the hotel first. Fortunately, the woman staff at the check-in counter gave me an early check-in. She is very polite, kind and friendly. I really appreciate her service. When I entered the room, it was clean and comfortable. The hotel location is great near BTS (Saladeang station) and MRT (Samyan station, Silom station). I highly recommend staying here!!!.

I'm staying for 2 nights at the twin comfy room. The hotel interior was so nice and since they are new it add the value of neatness. They forgot to clean my room due to full occupancy but it's okay since they manage to do it late at night when i got back to hotel.their duty managers also all very nice and polite. Love to come back again!

Clean, airy rooms…comfortable beds, good wifi and shower pressure. Steps from Lumpini Park, BTS, MRT, many restaurants etc… easy walking. 2 stops from Siam. The staff is exceptional. I cannot say enough about how helpful, patient and kind everyone is here. They have gone above and beyond for me. (Stayed several weeks.) Wonderful!

Everything was perfect. Thank you! I was picked up on time from the airport, went straight to the hospital for the PCR test. When I arrived at the hotel a nice hot meal was waiting for me. The next morning my results were outside my room with another nice hot meal. Perfect

This new hotel is chic and unique, it blends Thai culture with Western styles, so it makes this hotel a perfect place! The location is also strategic, however one thing that lacks is only coffee, they don't provide coffee and sugar. This hotel is definitely recommended!
