quiet and comfortable
Very nice hotel, good location and spasious rooms
Very nice hotel, that is located very well. There are tram and bus stops just near the hotel, and ferry pier is very close. You can walk to nearest subway station or use the famous Hong Kong trams. We were lucky (I don't know why) to get a very, very spasious room with two bedrooms and about 60 square meters. Staff is very friendly. Internet connection is good. There are washing machine and dryer, so you can use them for 30 HKD (washing powder included). I'd recomend the hotel for staying in Hong Kong.

Spacious and good location
Spacious, Good Transport, Dinning
For early-booking, it is worth for money. Room is very spacious if you think of a normal hotel room in HK. Great restaurant near-by. Tram takes you pretty much every where.

A good stay
Good size room for price, great location, had most room necessities
The best thing about 60West is its location - very close to HK central, and right on the doorstep of public transport (trams, bus, taxis). The second best thing is the size of the room for this location in HK at the price - very generous room size. Room was clean, had everything needed like microwave, small fridge, aircon, safe, TV, lots of mirrors, good bathroom, strong shower water pressure, comfortable beds and pillows, a small lounge and coffee tables... just enough for a short trip. The aircon was a godsend in hot and humid HK summer. They also provide bathrobes and disposable slippers. For the money, it's the best value hotel and brilliantly located. The only downside is no cable TV, so all channels bar one are all in Chinese, not much to watch. The only English channel didn't really have much to show. Also, the wifi was intermittent. Worked first day, didn't work for the other 6 days I was there. The gym is tiny (has 4 equipments) and not best location (beside lift area so everyone can watch you work out while they're waiting for the lift). The laundry is useful with a washer and dryer which which costs HK$10 each to operate (if I remember correctly), and while you're waiting there's a lounge are to watch TV or surf the provided iMac with Internet. Being able to hop on a tram a few seconds after leaving the building was really convenient. There's a 7-Eleven just a few doors away for nick nacks and there's a free shuttle bus just outside ibis hotel which is 2 minutes walk from 60West. Will definitely stay there again on a budget.
