Lovingly built resort on a fantastic beach”
We stayed 2 nights at 67th Heaven and were very pleasantly surprised. We weren't sure we wanted to ride that far north but were very happy with our decision. We opted for the prepaid transfer service as we were traveling with an infant son (14 months) and that was a good decision too. The beach at 67th Heaven is really nice.. more interesting than Boracay, with both smooth sand and, under and beyond that, an amazing pavement of smooth stone pebbles of every variety of rock imaginable. A storm was brewing over the Sulu Sea when we arrived do we had fantastic body surfing with waves crashing over your head and shoulders even standing in water just over your knees about 20 ft from shore at high tide. It was great fun. The next two days the weather improved and the waves settled down to a more tranquil state, and that was nice too. Sunrise strolls on the beach were magical. I'll put this beach up against any I've been to in the Philippines. What really surprised us was the care with which the owners Gunnar and Lydia have built the resort seemingly out of the very materials of the beach itself. Their rockscaping throughout the complex is a wonderful effect, and highly appropriate given the environment. The whole resort is covered with a lovely mosaic of (sorted) stones like the ones that make up the beach. The owners were very kind and made us feel at home, even helping to entertain our son (who is always bouncing off the walls at this stage) while we were eating. Which brings us to the food. It was surprisingly good… I never expected to eat Swedish Curry Chicken in the Philippines but it was terrific. We brought market-fresh crab and fish the first night and they grilled them up for us in very impressive fashion. The food's not cheap (this is a beach resort, after all) but it was uniformly delicious, unlike some other places we've stayed. The room was comfortable and we were driven back to town by Gunnar and Lydia personally. Very happy customers.

Fantastic resort, attentive staff, on the beach!”
The staff at the resort are the best, taking care of all your needs. We stayed in the "Sweet Room" cottage right on the beach, with veranda with 2 chairs looking out on the beach. A quiet area, Honda beach is awesome. The 67th heaven resort, rakes the beach each day, sets out chairs and the sand just in front is soft (no rocks) and so pleasant to swim. There are no waves in the morning and evening and the water is soo warm. The staff made the place great. And they have a wood-sauna. We will come back, you should too!

Friendly place, nice food”
Nice place & food, Lydia and Gunner are very friendly and they took good care of me when I was sick. Is a great place if you plan to relax close to the beach. Is located at Km 67 so I takes around 1:15 from the airport to the hotel, I would recommend the transport provided by the hotel as we paid for a taxi while the hotel charge for both ways. I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to do tours (expensive if you compare with the ones organised from Puerto Princesa)

It became our heaven as well”
Thanks to Lydia and Gunnar, the owners, it felt like coming home! The hotel and the garden was beautiful decorated, they were ever so helpful and friendly and the setting at the beach was splendid. Gunnar was extremly helpful with organizing excursions and Lydia prepared the most woundeful dishes at almost any time. We and kids enjoyed our stay and can absolutely recommend Heaven 67 for anyone who wants a relaxing vacation!

Perfect stay”
This resort is perfect if you like to have a good rest. Very quiet and clean. The beach is very beautiful. Originally we planned to stay 3 nights, after we arrived we extended for another 3 nights. The owner and the whole staff are very friendly and careful. The food has a big choice and is amazing. According to the value, the price was reasonable. Always again.

Clean & comfortable cottages in a quiet resort”
we enjoyed our stay & everyone was super. they were eager to accommodate anything we wanted. joy was there early to take your order for the evening meal & always asked what you wanted for breakfast in the morning.being vegetarian however, the menu was very limited, but manageable for a short stay.we were able to take local transportation (just waited on the road & flagged bus down)from there to puerta princesa. one of the staff waited with us the first time...it was an experience (fun). the owners were delightful as well and were always there to help in anyway they could.

Briliant piecefull place to chill out for few days”
Indeed you are in the midlle of nowhere but you ve got a great sand beach just for yourself, the owner servers dinner right on that beach with candles or wherever you point out. Homemade cuisine is very delicious. Not for a long stay but recommended for few days to relax in the 67th Heaven.

Fun, peaceful place to stay”
my wife and i stayed for two nights. this resort is kind of out of the way but if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place to stay, you will enjoy it here. it is not a 5-star hotel but it never claimed to be. it is a small, rustic resort with 4-5 cabins total. we got to visit with the other guests and it was fun meeting and eating with them. the owners, gunner and lydia are two of the kindest people you will ever meet. they want to make your stay happy and comfortable. we went out to the beach three days straight and we had the entire beach to ourselves. looking up and down the beach in both directions, we saw no one. when the tide is out, there is a lot of sand on the beach. the water is warm and it is a great place to swim. the beach is also quite clean and the water is clear. we did get lots of sandfly bites so make sure you bring lots of repellant. there is no nightlife so if that is what you are after, this is not the place. if what you are after is a quiet getaway in a peaceful place, you will enjoy it. it takes about an hour and 20 minutes to get here from the pp airport.

Nice for couple, quiet beautiful place”
Very nice to relax, enjoy, but far from the city. If you plan to have tour guide, this is not the best solution. If you are looking for relaxing stay, this is very good, nice beach, nice accommodation, very good service. The owner are adorable people ! If you want to dive or make snorkeling, no need to go to Honda bay, there is beautiful reef just in front of the resort ! Also the restaurant is excellent. Enjoy !

very simple rooms - but good service”
food is good but over priced, transport through the hotel is a ripoff, 3500 return anywhere literally(ie: from airport & underground river), island hopping was great but again boat to and from 3500, another ripoff apart from that a good stay, nothing around the resort but its peaceful there relaxing but rooms very basic.

Nice place at beach”
The kids enjoyed the beach a lot, they could just go out and play on their own. They also loved the dogs and puppies. We had great food at the beach, too. The hosts are really lovely and kids friendly. They also organised the Underground River Trip and our travel to the next destination in advance for us!

Mixed, relaxing but poor service”
Good place to rest for a night (we picked the Sweet Room which was by the seaside; we wouldn't recommend the standard room as they are a bit further back), right on the beach & we could hear the waves rolling in. It has hot water & a reasonable AC, along with a very essential mosquito net. Nice. Service though was inconsistent; we booked through Agoda after we'd arrived & got a different message from the staff member than what we could see in the app & in real life. She was trying to tell us the lower cost rooms didn't have AC (which they do) & we felt like we were being pressured into something higher (which we ended up taking of our own accord). This was the beginning of several occasions where we felt like we were being pushed When we ordered dinner we were told the dish we wanted to order was too small (read: cheap) for us (it definitely wasn't!), & had to keep asking to try & get out order instead of something more expensive. After explaining our order no less than 5 times it was finally delivered half wrong - the correct dish was good though. The free breakfast that was included was very tasty (especially the scrambled eggs!). Problems came though with our lunch, when we ordered 1 thing & received another at 2x the price (150 vs 300 pesos), not nearly as good as the dish we had wanted/eaten the night before. Next example was how we were told at least 4 times how we should get drinks from the mini bar (at typical mini bar cost of course). The 10% service charge (for eating in the hotel 'restaurant') was another Gunnar, one of the owners, was a very interesting fellow to talk to & we had a great chat about life in the Philippines & really learnt a lot from out talk. I just wish the others could follow his example instead of focusing on making an extra peso TLDR: Nice enough place to stay but for the service. If they could improve the service & stop pressuring on the upsell I'd definitely recommend it, but the service left a sour taste & very mixed f

Unplugged”
Perfect setting for winding down and taking in the ocean, scenery, and delicious food from the owners. The owners Lydia and Gunnar will make any request you have come true from dining options to excursions. They are both very kind people with hearts of gold and down to earth personalities. I would highly recommend staying here again in the future. The cabins are what we imagined them to be and very comfortable (ask for the one closest to the beach and you will sleep like never before). Thanks

Friendly hotel with very familiar staff”
the cottages were very nice even though the hotel was very small. it had only 6 or 7 cottages. the staff was really nice always asking about our needs. they organized all the tours we were interested in and all of them were satisfactory. the food was good and with big portions.

Sweet place run by an even sweeter couple”
This is a great place to stay if you're looking for a quiet island get away. There are only about 3 huts and a larger family style place (and the home of the owners) on the property so you can have a lot of peace and quiet. The huts are a bit rustic but very very comfortable. The thing that really makes this place stand out are the owners. Gunner and Lydia are so warm and caring. Lydia cooks all the food for you and her prawns in coconut milk is still the best thing I've eaten in the Philippines. There is not much to do except lay on the beach, read, meet other travelers staying there and relax. The beach itself is a little rocky, but the water is lovely and there is a long stretch you can walk down for an amazing sunset stroll. The dogs that live on the property will even escort you down the beach and act as body guards

Felt Like Private Summer Home with Small Cabins”
Cons Dusty bedsheets, towels were not clean Shower has low water pressure. At times, no hot water. One morning there was no electricity. No Wifi Food was good but you only have one choice which is the resort restaurant. Beach on this resort was not impressive. Beaches looked a whole lot better while island hopping. Resort is in a remote area far from underground river, town, or airport (at least 1 hour away by car). You are subject to pay the transportation fee each time you want to go out.
