Convenient transportation and close to the subway station, which is a 10-minute walk away. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. However, there is a lot of dust in the accommodation, the facilities are old, and the sound insulation is very poor.

There is a washing machine and heating. It's a bit of a distance from Fukuoka Station, about a 10-15 minute walk, but there are convenience stores nearby and a 24-hour New York supermarket not far away. The room is divided into two rooms, a living room, and a kitchen. One room has a double bed and a single bed, and the other room has two single beds. All rooms have heating, and the living room has a humidifying air purifier!

This property located approximately 15 to 20 minutes walk from the Hakata station,with many convenient store, bakeries and restaurants along the way. We found it was easier to search for "accord hotel" (located in front of this place) using google maps. About the accomodation, we truly enjoyed our stay here. the staff was friendly and helpful, he teached us how to use the separated garbage bin, to use the water heater, and so on. He came back to us bringing 2 baby pillows and baby basin for bath. We truly appreciate that. The cooking facilities was good. The washing machine and drying area located conveniently at the balcony and directly accessible from the bedroom. The house was quite cramped if you are not used to it, but it was no problem at all since they provided enough good bed and comfortable futon for everyone to get a good sleep. They also have the compartment to sleep in the cabinet as in "doraemon". The toilet and bath was separated and clean.
