The view

Upon arrival sand castle 707 was appalling !!! It was filthy!!!! Floors, table, counters , balcony entire unit was full of sand and dust !!!! Floors were black and dirty !!! Sliding glass doors were dirty… old bottles , q-tips , rubber band , baggie found in bathroom and closets covered in dust… so they have been there a while… Toilet and shower has mold and rust….toaster needs to be replaced… coffee pot was dirty… PEE STAINS ON THE MASTER BED !!!! Yellow stains on pillows… towels were gross… I had to wash all linens and bleach them !!!! I had to do an entire deep clean on the first two days of my stay !!! The first 2 days of my stay the TVs did not work… no one showed up to try to fix them until 2 days later… only one tv worked… forget the TVs in the bedroom working… it was ridiculous…TVs are OLD !!!The cushions on the balcony are falling apart… the stuffing is coming out of them … the one beach chair leg is rusted all the way through… needs to be thrown out…shower rods are rusted and shower rings are rusted… rust stains on curtains… makes it hard to pull it back and forth…This was supposed to be a special occasion… My high school sweetheart I have not seen in 35 years was coming… I’m so glad he didn’t come till the next day so I could get the place cleaned up…The view and area was great… The condo would be nice if it was upgraded…. And CLEANED AND SANITIZED PROPERLY !!!!

Location and awesome oceanfront property

Our unit was poorly cleaned, kitchen pots and pans were totally worn out, bathrooms need shower updates. The shower rod and shower curtain hooks were so rusted we couldn’t move it properly back and forth. We had an issue with the power in the 2nd bedroom and bathroom. Owner needs to have a little more pride in ownership quite frankly. The complex is ideal!!

Location was fabulous being between Clearwater and st Pete. The view from the balcony was incredible. The 2 rattan chairs on the balcony were awesome. Furniture looked new and was nice. Parking spot was convenient and the pool was enjoyable. The temp they kept the pool at was perfect. Didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub at night like we wanted due to it being so crowded. Family room and dinette area flooring was nice. We liked the beach decor of the place.

There was no sofa bed like I believe was advertised. It was only a regular couch so my one son had to sleep on the couch and wasn’t able to sleep in a bed all week. The place needs a real good Deep cleaning. Wash down cabinets, appliances (side of fridge), base boards, etc. need new shower curtain hooks and rods since they are rusted. Maybe being near the ocean causes that to happen quickly, but they looked at least 10 years old. You can tell the place is dated, but can see they have update furniture and some of the faucets and light fixtures/fans. Need to replace the 4 chairs on the balcony. They are completed busted through. They were barely usable. Tile flooring needs to be replaced throughout other than the family room and kitchen dining area. You could tell that flooring was fairly new. Place needs a new paint job or at least touch up the areas where you replaced the light fixtures.

The location was perfect & the condo was clean & comfy! Quiet & family friendly beach but still close to all the activities we wanted to do. Right on the beach, with a great view; we even saw dolphins swim by a couple times from our balcony!

The 3rd bedroom full size bed could stand to be replaced, big dip in the middle! One of the elevators wasn’t working half the time, so you either waited a good while for the functioning one or hiked the stairs.
