    The room was very clean, but it did smell of cigarettes (I'm guessing it was a smoking room -- there was an ash tray in the room).

    Bad Experience and Terrible Service”

    receptionist never say hello or smile at guest. Even we say hello at them first, they also have no response. Security guard is the same, never show welcoming or be friendly to guests This hotel has Terrible service and zer star for hospitality.

    いわゆるラブホテルですが、普通に泊まってる人もたくさんいます。 施設は綺麗で、コスパが高いと思います。 男のフロントのスタッフは英語が話せるし、イケメンです。 いつも挨拶してくれてとても親切でした。 ボディソープやシャンプーなど、基本的なアメニティはありました。 10区観光の際におすすめです！

    Tivi không có truyền hình cáp. Chỉ xem được những kênh trong nước.”

    Phòng sạch vì mới xây. Giường cứng nên không thoải mái, gối thì quá mềm và mỏng. Không được dọn phòng mỗi ngày. Tivi thì không xem được kênh nước ngoài. Thường xuyên bị mất tính hiệu. Wifi yếu. Phòng 101 bị kiến và không có wifi. Tóm lại tôi sẽ không bao giờ quay trở lại nơi này.

    Lần trước mình ở OK lắm nên quay lại. Tuy nhiên lần này mình chê nha. Nghĩ sao mà để ấm siêu tốc rỉ sét cho khách đun nước vậy? May mà mình phát hiện kịp. Thanh máy bị hư mà mình thì ở tận tận 7 đi bộ lòi trĩ!!!! Drap trải giường, khăn tắm cũ và giặt không sạch. Điểm cộng duy nhất là nước rất mạnh. HẾT. Tóm lại là chê. Nếu không cải thiện sẽ không quay lại.
