Great quite oasis ”
I had booked another hotel up the beach but after checking in I realized it was not paradise. So in the evening I walked around the island and found 7 seas. Quite relaxed atmosphere. I met a few people that showed me a room. I booked through Agoda and check in early the next day (very accommodating) and felt like I was finally in paradise. Very big room with beautiful flowers on clean kingsize bed. Also had a lovely balcony. Not a view of much but beautiful and relaxing. The location is steps from the port…..but not noisy! Just perfect! Rent a bike from the friendly staff and enjoy this tiny island. I met the new owner on the beach at sunrise and he is working hard to make his hotel the best stay you will have. Oh you MUST get up and watch sun rise over Lombok. Can’t say enough about the last stop of my two weeks in Bali/Lombok. Definitely book, you will love this hotel.

good option to stay in gili air. The superior room was very nice and spacious, clean and comfortable with a good shower. the staff was very friendly, they allowed us a courtesy room to shower after check in. very deep pool. the hotel is next to the port, it is comfortable. We liked it a lot. if I would put a but it is that the large bed was actually two, and that was not what I expected.

Great stay ”
We so enjoyed our stay here! We were between the individual cottages and bungalows, due to the price we stayed in the bungalows and so glad we did, the sea view was one of the best we have had day or night! The rooms were spotless! The pool was large and a great area to keep cool, the next door dive place does pool dives here so sometimes during the day you can expect them to be in pool, not for long though. The breakfast was great, in the restaurant next door, you chose what you wanted off a menu, with so much choice. The location was great! So close to harbour, atm, shops, laundry all right outside and so many great restaurants also so close, where you can have diner on the beach! The only minor issue we had was during our stay there was no WiFi in the rooms, not the end of the world, we just did all our planning etc at the pool or restaurant were it was strong, this however was fixed the night before we left so may not affect people in the future. Staff were all super nice!

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff are very friendly and the pool overlooks the ocean. Our air conditioner didn’t work but the staff got it fixed ASAP and the same with our friends toilet. Comfy bed, okay pillows. Would recommend!

Best breakfast, great location ”
I stayed at 7Seas for two nights in a regular room (not a bungalow). The best part about 7Seas is the breakfast. You get to eat at Kenza which is a brunch spot with amazing food in front of the hotel and overlooks the ocean from the south of the island. Kenza also offers yoga which is super convenient. The location is great- the harbour is a two minute bike ride away but far enough away that it isn’t too busy. In the other direction., you have tons of places to chose from on the east side of the island for food, drinks and snorkeling. The room was nice, bed was comfortable (firm). The bathroom was ok but served it’s purpose. Would stay again but would probably check out the bungalows :)

Aziz was super helpful and always took care of me. The whole staff was so friendly and I loved the cottage. It was beautiful, and far away from the mosque so you couldn’t hear the prayers from the speakers. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much

Location is great!”
This hotel has a great location near the pier, rooms are very spacious and clean. The entire place could use a coat of paint and the bikes are pretty old: tires have to be changed, gears don’t work on all of them. Unfortunately the pool was under construction when we were there, but we could use the neighbour hotel pool so that was okay!

The best breakfast ever from all hotel in our trip”
Location was good,you just walk 3 minute from the habour. Staff they were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is different from any other hotel so good, tasty and healthy, breakfast view is a bonus right next to the beach and you can see lombok island from the tables. Overall we love to stay there and will come back for sure.

Good, but expensive for what it is”
Very clean and beautiful rooms, good AC, hot water, private terrace. Staff is helpful and changed my room so I could get better wifi. But it’s overpriced for what you get, and breakfast is not even included. You can get similar for cheaper, or better with breakfast included for the same price.

Overall I would say this place is average. Considering the above average price, the place is pretty basic. Rooms are ok, bed was quite hard and sheet is very thin. In some rooms the AC does not work properly (we had to change rooms 3 times before they placed us in a room with working AC). Location is great and just a few minutes walk when you arrive at the harbour by boat. Breakfast was just ok, nothing too special like what the other reviews wrote. It was just a basic like Nasi or Mee Goreng, Omelette with white bread and a banana pancakes. I think the positive reviews about the fantastic breakfast must be old and after the pandemic they obviously simplified things. All breakfasts come with black coffee/tea and fruit plates (pineapple and one other fruit if you’re lucky). I told them not to give me any pineapple as I’m allergic but they still brought me plates of pineapple. One morning I ordered banana pancakes and they just served plain pancakes without any banana. The following day they served my nasi goreng without the egg it is supposed to include and then completely forgot to serve any fruit or tea/coffee. Staff was very friendly. One lady on the desk was particularly friendly and helpful and all staff arty their best to help if you need anything. One thing - the cleaners didn’t bother to knock on our door before coming to clean as they just put the keys and trying to barge in whilst we were still in the room. Overall it is a decent place to stay with great staff. However it’s nothing special and not sure if it’s worth the price, especially with all our AC problems and having to change rooms multiple times.
