              Money making hotel beware! ”

              I had a very bad experience in this hotel. Our stay was fine,we decided to staycay overnight because the kids wanted to swim. The pool was clean. I just find it weird that when you request for a CHANGE TOWEL they will charge you 😅 So okay we just endured the wet ones. Come next morning,the next room was really noisy I thought thatmaybe they were just enjoying. I opened the door to see what's the noise about only to find out that room service was on going and those who were making noise were the employees of this hotel! Goodness! And the worst part it,when I checked out they inform me that "MAY IHI PO YUNG KAMA" about a size of bottom of a glass which I wonder because my 2 BABIES were on diapers and it didnt really smell strong at all to conclude that it was urine. I kept on telling them that the water was from the pool (since my baby peed when we were swimming and lied her down to bed for a minute after) and as I became hysterical they told me to calm down and wanted to charge me 1500!

              Excellent location. Very near restaurants, church and other hotels. Staff is accommodating. Rooms are fairly maintained. Everything is new except for the carpet. Breakfast at Kenny Rogers is convenient. Massage and spa is offered. Yay!

              The room wasnt clean carpet so dirty you cant event bare foot walking on it it will make your foot dirty like you been on a mud!

              Poor communication”

              I sent an email to the hotel but no response from them. They sent us an email that our request is approved, "twin bed" but instead they gave us queen bed, and charged us with request extra bed. There is a reason why we requested a twin bed.

              Very disappointing Quick stay ”

              We arrived from Japan after midnight & checked in at 88 Courtyard about 2 AM. We only planned to rest to check out before 11 AM. So we were still taking our naps & the telephone rang at about 9:55 AM to remind us that our check out is at noon. What's the matter? Do they have to ring me at 9:55 AM to tell me that our check out is at noon? Preferably, reminders should be done about 11:30 AM or 11:45 AM. I was so upset that I yelled at the lady at the reception & we rushed out of the building after getting our P2k deposit. I know she was doing her job but management should change that policy. Why the need to have courtesy call 2 hrs before check out time?

              My Go To Hotel in Pasay”

              I stay here whenever I’m in Manila. It’s a small hotel in a great location. Near Baclaran markets, Mall of Asia and other facilities. The staff are awesome. So friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served at Kenny Rogers Roasters in front of the hotel. The pool is great for a relaxing moment and the front bar and bistro is a nice place to unwind and relax. Recommended if you’re in the area.

              Good price, but.....”

              I not actually expecting much from a Budget hotel. But your wifi only works in the lobby, room wifi sucks and drops off on and off ( level 4 near to the construction site ). Your aircon leaks water... and it’s placed above the toilet door. I will need an umbrella esp at night

              Great Staff”

              The hotel staff was the best part about this hotel. They always had smiles and always took care of me. The rooms were clean and they were cleaned promptly. The facilities on site were very basic with a pool that I did not use. One of the downsides was that someone was smoking in a room which set off a fire alarm around 5:30am. The hotel should have alerted all guests that we either need to evacuate or that they have found the problem and it’s okay. I went downstairs and they said someone was smoking in a room, but the alarm continued to go on for several minutes. The other other issue I had was the WiFi passwords expire everyday. It says 72 hours but they don’t last. This was small but annoying. I’d still rate the hotel a 5/5 because the staff made the difference. Great job!

              Often use this small boutique hotel if I am flying out the next morning. Clean nice rooms, friendly and efficient staff, close to the airport and Mall of Asia with reasonably priced shuttle to the airport available (400php). Small pool and restaurant, Kenny Rogers Roasters right next door, ATM, mini-mart & 7-11 five minutes walk.

              My first time in the Philippines. After looking at reviews, i found this hotel to be good. And yes, true enough its good. Location no complaints. You can walk to the Mall of Asia and to the Manila Bay. Food was good and portions were huge and cheap. Staff are very friendly. They are more than willing to assist you anytime.

              We had a beautiful stay. Staff were very helpful and the room comfortable. The only problem was the internet. We stayed 4 nights and couldn't connect the whole time. Our friends thought, that stayed on another floor had internet.

              Definitely worth our stay!”

              I booked through Agoda for a superior twin room for 2 nights. I called reservation 2 days earlier to confirm my booking and to remind them that I prefer to have two beds. Upon check-in, I was disappointed to know that they assigned me a king bed setup. I called front desk and they immediately acknowledged the error and provided an extra matress to compensate for the mistake. That reallly took away my disappointment. Room has all the basic amenities you’ll need. What impressed me the most are the staffs that will assist at lightning-quick reaction when you call their front desk. They are very friendly also. Location is excellent and near MOA and NAIA. Free breakfast is ordered from Kenny Rogers with a variety of selections. I’ll definitely be staying at this hotel on my next visit in Manila.

              Our go to hotel in Manila”

              They have increased the price of the shuttle to and from the airport but it is still a decent price. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly but if you travel much in the Philippines you are used to great service. This is a very nice mid priced hotel for Manila.

              perfect ”

              man. this place is a hidden treasure. it’s around a bunch of other hotels that used to be good but now blow... great location. 5 min from MOA. 20 min from airport. free breakfast is kenny rodgers chicken which is awesome. great rooms. awesome FREE wifi. not like the surrounding hotels that try and charge for it. just a truly awesome hotel in an awesome location

              Disappoint this time”

              I am been in this hotel for 6 times and been giving a good reviews as I am happy with the services but this time I am very dis appointed . Room smells likes mold. Sink has a leak, water present in the toilet room ( risk to slips over). Complain about it but when i came back guess they just wipe it as it was dry when i came back in but few minutes it came back again. Aircon vent dripping directly in the carpet floor which maybe the cause of a mold smell. They only address it with air freshener. I requested to transfer but was not been heard . People , staff at 3 am talking, laughing and shouting just outside my room which disturbed me coming from a very long exhausting trip.

              Dear Ms. Aileen, We appreciate you taking the time to write us a review. Unfortunately, the Hotel was fully booked during your stay and there was no available room for your transfer. For the drainage in the shower area and carpets, we have coordinated these issues already to Housekeeping Department to make sure the rooms are thoroughly cleaned and everything is working well before releasing it, though we also have a Monthly General cleaning for all the rooms and public areas once a month, we are now double checking rooms with defects to avoid more incidents like that in the future. Despite the inconvenience encountered in the hotel, we do hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, so we can provide a better experience.               Hotel is clean and comfortable and staff were courteous. It is also near the mall and a lot of restaurants. The only downside during our entire stay was the wifi was really slow inside the rooms (we really cannot load anything and we have to book our grab at the lobby, where, I think, is the only place in the hotel with a good wifi connection.

              Basic and functional hotel for short stay”

              Reception, bellboy and other staff are all courteous and always serve with a smile. Was helped with luggage and taxi booking. There is P2000 security deposit which i think the guest must be made aware before arrival. i stayed in a standard room - twin beds, TV, basic toiletries, safe locker, kettle and slippers. Even 1 bed is enough to accommodate 2 adults to sleep. The location is perfect - 10 Mins walk to Moa and EDSA Entertainment complex. Kenny rogers is just next door and this is also where the 'free breakfast' is served. No gymnasium, swimming pool is pretty small and didnt use it. Its good for kids though. There was some construction going on in adjacent area and the constant noise creeps into the room, however there is no noise at night and hence one may sleep peacefully.

              Place was okay. It was clean and the amenities were great for its value. However, the staff, more specifically the trainees, seem to lack courtesy for guests. They kept blocking our doors and did not move even when we opened the doors to go out. We had toddlers with us, and we booked three rooms, and there was no one on the last room after ours, so we technically were the only people by the pool. When one of our kids (a 3 year old) was walking from one room to another, they recklessly poured soap on the floor and this was very dangerous for our kid. We had to wait a long time before we could come out of the room because they had soap all over it, and it took them too long before they could wipe it off so we could pass.
