Good hotels bad medium”
The hotel 900 inn is okay for the price. There is only one major thing I dislike. It’s OYO. Yes, I’m giving a review based on the medium. OYO. This is possibly the worst booking medium you could possibly used. I kid you not, OYO has cancelled my booking without my consent a dozens times. I have to book again for more expensive price than the original price that I booked earlier. So, OYO is a no no if u ask me.

Spacious. Comfy. However, this inn does not have non smoking/ smoking room. If u booked the room by agoda, u will get the room at the new wing(just renovated), but if u walk in and pay with different rate, can get the old wing but much nicer room. Honestly, i preferred the old wing.

Busted electricity”
When my wife was using the hairdryer that was available in the bathroom, something popped and the whole room had no electricity. Called room service and they advised us to not use the appliance. Thankfully nothing happened and no one was harmed. Another thing was the one of the receptionist was suffering a flu at the time and it was worrying given that the global pandemic was ongoing. But, overall it was a good deal (cheapest at the time).

Okay place to stay if you dont mind noise”
The location of the hotel is pretty decent since bintulu town is not that big but the hotel is near a pub so you can hear the base pretty loud, until 5am. I dont mind the noise but my friend couldnt really sleep through the night. The reception staff were nice and friendly and the room was spacious and clean. Overall it was a pleasant stay for me.

2 things. 1 bad experience. Not enough sleep due to THUD! THUD THUD! sound. I don't know where that sound come from. At first I thought it was from room 921. Then in the middle of the night the sound change from room 921 to room 923( i guess ? ). The sound keeps bugging me from afternoon I check in till next day I check out. Sometimes the sound become louder around 1-3am. I cannot get my proper sleep. I think the room is haunted? Please check the room. Find out where the sound coming from. Okay, that's one. Second thing, I noticed the housekeeping staffs did not throw away the leftover birthday cake from previous guest in the mini bar. Please be more alert when cleaning the room.
