Enter membership ID

Fill in your membership number when completing your reservation. The points will be added to your account after you check out.

Some important notes on all PointsMAX bookings:

  1. The membership ID of the intended beneficiary of the third-party points must belong to the guest staying at the accommodation property (identified by the lead guest name).
  2. PointsMAX booking rates cannot be broken down into a room rate and points component.
  3. Any applicable cancellation policy will apply in full to the PointsMAX bookings.
  4. Only Flybuys can be collected, no status points or credits.
  5. PointsMAX bookings cannot be adjusted online using the Agoda self-service tool or by contacting Customer Service. To amend your reservations, you will need to cancel (subject to the cancellation conditions of the reservations) and re-book your reservation.
  6. Cancelled reservations will not earn Flybuys, regardless of the financial cancellation conditions.
  7. Flybuys cannot be exchanged in cash and are not cumulative with other offers.
  8. This program has no upper limit of Flybuys that can be earned and the Agoda price guarantee does not apply to PointsMAX bookings.
  9. Members are bound by the terms and conditions of Agoda and Flybuys.
  10. In case of dispute, the decision of Agoda shall be final.
  11. This program is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between Flybuys and Members, which is at Flybuys' sole discretion.
  12. In order to earn Flybuys, Members must book via the dedicated landing page at www.agoda.com/flybuysnz or www.agoda.com and book a PointsMAX package offer including Flybuys.
