Please note the maximum occupancy of each unit. No additional guests are allowed. Guests who disturb the residents and receive complaints from the building manager will be asked to pay a CAD 900 fine.
Guests are required to contact the property once the reservation is confirmed (at least 3 hours before arrival), to arrange for key collection and check in. A security deposit of CAD 500 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform A&A Suites in the heart of Downtown Toronto of your expected arrival time in advance.
