A shadow of its past”
This residence has gone on a steady downward spiral since its days at the Somerset Residence. Facilities seems dindgy now. The rooms are spacious and bare - but they are not as nice as they used to be. Very sad to see - but for the price it's good value if you are just looking for a place to sleep. Beds are still comfy. It's just a shame that the quality has gone so far down.

Room is satisfied for me, quite big and the facilities given are ok. But for those who not driving there not recommend to choose this residence.

Had the worst experience ever!”
1. Check in time was 3pm, we arrived at 4pm and been told by the staff the parking were fulled, shouldn't it be one parking lot available for each unit? We have to park at the other place 2. Request one more access card but got rejected due to last customer lost the card 3. Stated in "room details" which included 1 king size bed and 4 single beds. The outcome was 1 king size bed in master room, 1 double bed in another room, and single beds were actually 2 spoil FOLDING BED which in the LIVING ROOM 4. Air-con in living room was not working well, water dropped when low temperature had been set 5. Table and toilet were not cleaned, dust on table and used contact lens in the toilet 6. No hair dryer provided but it was included in the "room details" In short, we felt cheated by this hotel as there are so much different from what they had stated in website!

Overall it's a good place to stay. But for the parking i guess it should be a complimentary. I need to pay another rm20 per night for the parking.

Disappointed !”
1. Shocked to know that have to pay RM20 per day for parking!! Without complinentary parking, it does not qualify as a 4 star ! 2. Not surprising that i witnessed many guests complaining at front desk! 3. The clock hung at living room does not work! 4. TV image too blurred for viewing! No QC check? All in all just feel shortchanged!

bad service”
the water heater wasn't working and every time we tried to on it, the whole unit just black out. we complained to the counter, they told us the maintenance is not around, they can only send the security up, nothing could be done. they didn't even offer to change a room for us. complained the next morning to request for repair, they said OK. will do immediately. no one appeared when we check out. complained again to the counter, the lady just showed a face. hello, we haven't been able to shower for two days and all nothing has been done. not even the complaint works. will never come to this hotel anymore.
