I have been staying here for more than 4 years, seeing though the changes and renovation. How unfortunate, they are not maintaining its standards. The last time I wrote a 1 page complaint was last year and then this is the 2nd time I am writing a complaint about this place. The only reason why I am still staying here is because of the receptionist whom I respect as Sister San, working at this hotel. My room has baby cockroaches running around and the best part, it is in the fridge!!! The water is never cold in the night but only in the day. Do we pay a discount for this since hot water is only available in the morning and not in the night? Is this even a hotel? The climax is here... they LOST MY SHIRTS through Laundry. Knowing someone who travels monthly, I bring my best shirts for my trips. Imagine, 2 of my favourite shirts went missing together with other garments and the hotel only can say sorry, making the cleaner to compensate me 700,000 dong. My bag of cloths which I sent to Laundry worth more than SGD300!!! Is the hotel even taking responsibility of guests things and matters? Can we trust this hotel again? You guys decide for yourself.

I was so disappointed staying in the hotel. I was expecting too much before arriving there. In one word, not good both services and facilities. I will not come back to that hotel.

Old and Staffs not attentive like previously. Room was in a mess. Toiletries unchanged. Used towels hanging in toilet from previous occupant. Terrible. Ants all over the area.
