Tastefully designed rustic guesthouse with great owners!!”
Such guesthouses are hard to come by - tastefully designed like a boutique hotel, but with the warm hospitality and coziness of a host family. Thank you P'Ae and mom for taking care of us during our 3 nights there. The vibe is very chill, there are many sofas and coffee tables to just lounge and chill. You can help yourselves to the cookies and toast and jam, as well as instant coffee or Milo. We were absolutely in love with the place. The room is big, spacious and clean, bed is big and comfortable, there is hot shower, AC, WIFI and TV. But what we loved are the touches of old Thai houses in a modern room - the use of wood, stained glass, vintage furniture. Lastly, there is a wonderful breakfast of pork porridge to look forward to every morning. Absolutely delicious and you can get second helpings. If you are a coffee lover, you have to talk to P'Ae about his coffee. If you are lucky you may get to taste some of the local food by mom. It's a wonderful homely place. Everyday felt like we were coming home to an elder brother or old friend. Will definitely be back!

Host is very friendly and provide best advice for place to visit around the area, especially the lake with night market around the area, recommended to picture taking. Room is very clean. Breakfast is specially prepared by his mum, simple but extreme yummy. Strongly recommended for traveller who want enjoy the local culture and lifestyle. Lastly host speak very good English, no language barrier to worry about.

Vacation Feeling Like Home”
Arriving with my friends at Khao Yai, we booked a room at P' Ae's homestay. It was the best experience my friends and I ever had. P' Ae and his mother took care of us and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The host is extremely friendly and makes the vibe more fun. The best place to stay if you are looking for a socializing and chilling environment in your getaway. I would really recommend A-house1985 Homestay for all types of travelers. Definitely visiting P' Ae again soon.

This homestay has everything you could want! The vibe and decoration is so cool and the breakfast was amazing. We only planned to stay 1 night but loved it so much we had to stay for 2. The host went above and beyond to help us with a day visit to khao yai. We have been travelling in Thailand for a year and this is our favourite place we have stayed.

Retro and super cool homestay with a great host!”
We loved the vibes here. All the interior designs were well thought of and the facilities were well equipped. We shared the kitchen and the fridge with the house. We had everything we needed. The host was super friendly and welcoming. He was very easy going and always had some good tips for our stay and places to visit. Breakfast was homemade local porridge made by the mum and it was delicious. One of the best things was cleanliness. Everything was sparkling clean from the floor, beds, linens to toilet! We will definitely come back and stay again.

Awesome Place”
We had a really good time. Authentic Thai breakfast and freshly ground coffee in the morning was quite special compared to most other places. For me personally the water pump going all night was a bit heavy so anyone sensitive ears should bring earplugs.

We had a great time at A-house1985homestay - the place is very peaceful and quirky and the owner took such a good care of us - from amazing coffee in the morning to a lovely trip around Khao Yai! Definitely recommend!

Exceptional”
We had a nice stay at this place. The owner is friendly and offered some good travel advice. His mom cooked delicious congee and served breakfast at a time convenient to us which we appreciated. The place has character and is pleasant and comfortable. The only issue is that I’m a light sleeper and did find the water pump was slightly loud. All in all, it’s a nice place and I would recommend it.

Great for a weekend away from Bangkok ”
We stayed at A's homestay for the weekend to enjoy Pak Chong and Khao Yai National Park. We arrived by train and had no car but we could book A as a driver for two days and he was exceptionally friendly and showed us around the national park. The homestay had a great vibe, modern/hip and vintage at the same time. We were very happy to stay at this place and thanks A for being a great host! 5 stars from us! Catie&Marie

Amazing place and great host!”
We stayed one night on our way to a trip to Khao Yai national park. The place is really unique, great decor, interesting rooms, high ceilings and great amenities. The host tested out his pour over coffee making skills on us in the morning, which led to 3 amazing cups of coffee alongside an amazing Thai breakfast cooked by mum. Very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

ที่พักสวย สะอาด ไปพักช่วงพายุโนรูเข้าพอดี ฝนปอยๆ นั่งจิบกาแฟดูปลาคราฟ ฟีลเหมือนนั่งอยู่บ้านตัวเอง พาผู้สูงอายุกับเด็กน้อยไป ทุกคนชอบมาก มีโอกาสเค้าบอกให้พาไปอีก ในบ้านมีเกมส์ให้เล่นมากมาย ออกไปไหนไม่ได้ก็ไม่น่าเบื่อ ที่นอนคือนอนสบายมากกกก สบายจนถึงวันกลับ ไม่มีใครอยากกลับ ตื่นมากินข้าวต้มฝีมือคุณแม่ อร่อยไปอีก ทั้งยายทั้งหลานนั่งเล่นเกมส์ต่อ เล่นเพลินลืมเวลากลับบ้าน 😂 รวมๆชอบมากค่ะ ฟีลเหมือนอยู่บ้านตัวเองที่ภาคเหนือ เจ้าของเป็นกันเอง ทั้งคุณป้า และพี่ผมยาว 😅 ได้มีโอกาสลองชิมกาแฟดริปที่พี่เจ้าของสุดติสคั่วเองดริฟเองด้วย 😋 สุดท้ายถึงบ้านลืมที่ชาร์จแบตไว้ที่พัก พี่เจ้าของใจดีส่งกลับมาให้ฟรีในวันนั้นอีก โอ๊ยดีไม่ไหว ดีแบบตะโกน ดี๊😄😄

ไปกัน5คนพี่น้อง จองห้อง Family นอน4 เสริม1 แต่เอาจริงๆห้องกว้างมาก เป็นห้องชั้นบน ได้เดินขึ้นบันได บวกกับพื้นที่ใช้สอยแล้ว เหลือเฟือมากมาย มีระเบียงให้นั่งชิล ต้นไม้ บันได ประตู เสาไม้ จักรยาน เก้าอี้นั่งพิง ทุกอย่างดูตั้งใจมากเลยค่ะ ขับรถมาเหนื่อยๆ ได้เห็นที่พักแล้ว ชื่นใจเลยค่ะ ด้านหน้าเป็นร้านขายของชำคุณแม่ ซื้อเครื่องดื่มมาชิลบนห้องต่อสบายๆ ตอนเช้ากินข้าวต้ม ตักเติมอิ่มค่ะ สวัสดีปีใหม่นะคะคุณ1985 จาก..1982 :)

เจอที่พักโดยบังเอิญ ไม่ได้วางแผนอะไร พอดีได้สอบถามไปทางเพจใน facebook เจ้าของได้ตอบกลับข้อความเองแบบเป็นกันเองมาก ที่พักเป็นแบบ guesthouse แต่การออกแบบดูใส่ใจดูน้อยแต่มาก ชอบมากค่ะ ห้องมีไม่เยอะนะคะ วันที่เราไปพัก ไม่ค่อยมีลูกค้า มาก เจอแต่พี่เอ้ เจ้าของ guesthouse นั่งชิล555 ขออะไรมีให้หมด พี่เอ้เป็นกันเองมากๆค่ะ เหมือนไปนอนบ้านเพื่อน5555 แถมดริปกาแฟให้ชิมไปเยอะเลย สนุกมากค่ะ พี่พักสะอาด สบาย แอร์เย็น น้ำอุ่น มี netfix อีกด้วย คุ้มค่า มากๆๆๆๆ กับราคาไม่ถึงพัน ถ้าใครอยากมาพักผ่อน อยากมาแชร์ อยากมาพูดคุย แนะนำที่นี่เลยค่ะ ต้องลองแล้วจะประทับใจค่ะ

5ดาวน้อยไป อยากให้สัก100ดาว บรรยากาศอบอุ่นมาก ชิวสุดๆเหมือนมานอนเล่นบ้านพี่ที่สนิท ดิปกาแฟให้ชิม กลางคืนเล่นเกมต่อบูลทูธฟังเพลงเองได้เลย ตื่นเช้ามากินข้าวต้มฝีมือแม่พี่เจ้าของอร่อยมักๆ นั่งเล่น นั่งคุย นอนเปล ให้อาหารปลา แฮปปี้มากจริงๆ ห้องนอนเนี้ยบห้องน้ำสะอาด 10 10 10 ไปเลย!!!!!!
