            Nightmare ”

            Even after presenting my paid-in-full voucher the receptionist insisted I needed to pay again for the full amount. After 30 minutes the manager appeared and said that the voucher was for a different hotel with the same name. Even after I pointed out that the phone number on their business cards was identical to the one on my voucher, they still wanted money, to which I then asked that they call the police to straighten out the confusion. This caused them to look at the voucher again and then act surprised saying ah, yes, it’s ok. Agoda should not even list this hotel.

            Mặc dù booking qua agoda nhưng khi đến khách sạn nói là không còn nhận khách agoda nữa. Và tính giá cao hơn giá trên agoda. Phòng cũ, đèn chập chờn, không được dọn vệ sinh.
