We are 2 couple travelers from Bangkok with 2 Motorbikes. Staff are very polite, not too intimately and not too formal. They know balance about how to service. They made us feel comfortable from riding a long time to here. First we planed to stay here just only one night but after realized that mattress here made us feel like 'full of charge' in life battery. Finally there were the second night here. Thank you for upgrade room for us. First time that I see many different kind of pillow. Difference of pillow is made us sleep tight in difference of body. Mattress / cover / Pillow are clean and soft! Small hotel but great of everything. Good interior (My husband said / he is an architect) Good materials. Thinking about riding motorbike from Bangkok to KL next time and staying here again. I think i won't.... I won't miss here. You are great!

We’re couple have been stayed in this boutique hotel for more than 1 month. The front desk staff here is very helpful and polite whenever we request the same room / extend the room. We had requested the cleaning department staff name ( Geeth )to make up the room /to clean up the toilet , floor, pick up the garbage. The front desk guy which I dunno the name (he is a foreign guy) and another front desk guy is a Indian ,both of them are so nice, very understanding and their work are very efficient ! Geeth is so very friendly, polite and helpful ! So grateful to have a quality staffs in this boutique hotel!

The deco was really classy, like a proper hotel even tho it’s just shop lots. Everything was nice and proper, feels like staying in 5 star hotel. Walkways and rooms are small but comfortable enough and have everything we need. 4 pillows on the queen bed!! Even have some choices of pillows to suit your sleeping needs. There’s free flow coffee & tea in the lobby. Will definitely come again. Cons: noisy at night as beside major road with MRT but room was well insulated, so we slept comfortably. Parking very limited as it is a very busy area but after 6pm, there’s ample space around.

Worth for money ”
I have book a standard queen room and they provided us luxury queen room with any extra charges as the standard queen room was full already. The hotel is clean and well equipped. The staff there is really friendly. The location is near to MyTown,IKEA and Sunway velocity mall, around 10 min by car. They even allowed us to keep our luggage there without extra charges after we have checked out. I would definitely visit there again if I go Cheras.

-- The Hotel is new and clean with excellent interior design, bed is comfortable -- they also provide all necessity including coffee, tea, mineral water, slipper, hair dryer, kettle, and toiletries in the room. The most surprising part is L'occitane shower gel and shampoo is provided in the bathroom --All Staffs are polite and friendly. -- Easy to get a parking Very satisfied , highly recommended!

Not only that, shout out to the most responsible and helpful staff, Mr Abdul Aziz, I saw him in the afternoon, midnight, and morning, staying there helping the customer all they need, it’s very luck for A&R hotel to have him.

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed in. The room is perfect for 1 person with a free fast Wi-Fi and the bed is as comfortable as any 5-hotel that you can get. 5 stars out of 5 for friendly staffs and accomenations. Im surely going to stay in this hotel from now on when I have another short KL trip.

Worth my pennies spent for this hotel. Hotels smells good. They even have the aromatherapy essence if u wish to buy. Easy to get grab car to go around for foods. Seven E just the next building. For this price, i cant complaint much for the small things around, yeahh if u understand about space related issues for such a small room. Kiblat mark provided in room. Towels were a bit not soft i would say. Pillows were good. The bathroom mirror have this magnifying glass in a corner. Interior design looks magnificent for such a small boutique hotel.

Love the design and ambience of the hotel. They upgraded my room from standard to deluxe despite my late arrival due to some unforeseen circumstances. Glad with the device and staffs. The room is slightly small but it’s sufficient for me. It’s clean. Would definitely come back again. :)

The location is nice. The room is clean. The water pressure in the bathroom is strong. I kinda enjoy the foldable working table. Many electric sockets in the room. Love the bed the most because it is softer than my home bed.

The room I stayed in ( Executive Twin ) was small but it was enough for me as a solo (business) traveller. Bonus point is the L’Occitane shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. Coffee (machine) is available in the lobby. I also loved the fact that Grab Food delivers right to my doorstep. Definitely will book again the next time I’m in town (perhaps will try a bigger room next time) Keep up the great work!

Our second time at the hotel and it is still the best option for a peaceful rest in KL at a very reasonable rate.
