You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted."

Overall its a pleasant stay here. The host very easy to deal with. The unit also comfortable for 4 people to stay. Strong wifi & Netflix for entertainment. Just, the pillow might need to change for better comfort of guests.

Superb location beside I city theme park”
Super beautiful decorated room. Nice view facing I city theme park. Beautiful night view. SOHO room well equipped; washing machine, cooking utilities, tv , hairdryer, etc. Nice large pool too... very convenient with a lot of cafe and groceries below the hotel. Free car park is another plus point. Definite will return in future.

Easy deal great location”
Pro:Walkable to the icity and mall. Host really proactive answer so many questions and quite flexible. Cons: Check in process not so clear, waiting quite long as the PIC going for lunch that time. The bed have soooo many bedbugs so then we slept at the hall. luckily my husband bring toto. The view is the construction of the extended icity mall, thus my view is not so nice.

Since the price not cheap, you should provide the digital tv set /decoder......although the changes from manual to digital broadcast was just enforced on last october, you should look into this matters. No use having tv but cannot watch. Especially, when its raining and no outdoor activity can be done.

Bad service”
We checked in around 9pm.no water supply noticed from 11pm onwards. We had to find another place to stay because we have a toddler and a 9 months old baby.with no water supply it's totally inconvenient for us. We already paid full. And management only giving response the next morning. Even after 1week no refund or even feedback were received from them.totally disappointed

overall..the location and cleanliness is good but owner difficult to reach, we also have to call owner several time in order to check in, its never happened before, so i will not stay again

Assalamualaikum. Saya nak maklumkan penginapan keluarga saya kat appartment semalam memang sangat tak berbaloi. Malam tadi boleh pula tak ada elektrik, no aircond. Terpaksa tidur dalam kepanasan, x boleh nak masak air etc. Walaupun dah call malam tadi. At least say sorry. Boleh pula jawab tak tau. For now saya tak tau no yang perlu saya buat aduan. So saya ws kat sini. Harap next time fasiliti and kemudahan tu biarlah elok dan selamat. Bilik memang bersih cantik. Tapi x berbaloi lah harga macamtu dengan service kerosakan macam malam tadi. Sangat tak selesa sebab terpaksa tidur kepanasan. Lainlah kalau uoll bagi jaminan boleh refund. 🙄 Thank you.

Management方面需要改进”
我是跟我姐姐一起出行的。我们是自驾。所以当我们要check -in 的时候就有点confuse 因为去main office 不清楚要如何上去office check-in。也根本不懂住哪一个tower？就是是问了那些security才清楚和楼下cark park 的guard 才知道怎么上去main office。所以搞到很浪费时间。由于我们是去到店面才付款。但我觉得management是需要先发个信息好让我们知道怎么上去楼上。然后check-in 的程序。因为不会的顾客真的会在cark park哪里绕了几圈才知道怎么走上去。上到楼上后房间把手是掉下来的。床边的灯插头🔌都是坏掉的。房间里也是有一股很臭的味道。由于我们住了4天3夜，用了洗衣机也是会漏水。我们住的是32楼，装修设计是不错，很新。但里面的设备很差。因为都是坏的。我觉得property management需要注意一下。谢谢
