A Hidden Gem in Zamboanguita”
I was not wrong in booking this property after i saw the pictures and good reviews in agoda. Luckily i was not swayed by some negative reviews which i think is untruthful, after my personal experience. The place is a gem, quiet and very calming. Indeed, the pics and the actual scenario is the same. Not edited nor enhanced. The actual is more amazing. The sunset made us feel relax and it's captivating. The pool is very clean and it is warm at night. I saw them vacuuming the pool and brushing their platforms early in the morning which made us feel so at ease with the level of their sanitation. Room smells so clean and fresh and you know it is also well disinfected. Very clean, in fact we noticed staff will go barefoot whenever they walk on their tiled floors. Common areas are always cleaned. The food is very delicious and instagrammable. Their Korean Fried Chicken is the best just like the taste i long for with the 4Fingers in Singapore. We also tried their Singapore Style Chili Crab and indeed, it was the same as the original you can find in Singapore. They must have a very good chef. Wifi is strong and we enjoyed watching netflix in their android tv. Staff team has a good team rapport. We will be back here for sure...next weekend.

Neat & Relaxing”
The resort is new, very clean and well arranged. It has a very relaxing feel like when I was in Bali where I could see the boats sailing with their lamps on at night from the restaurant. The room has everything you need. My kid enjoyed watching movies in Netflix in their android tv that is equipped inside the room. The internet is fast. And to mention about the food, it is superb with a great selection and reasonably priced. The free breakfast is very generous with fruits in it. This is by far the best resort I’ve been in the area and I’m glad I had choose this after several times visiting Zamboanguita. Overall, my stay exceeded a lot on my expectation about this resort. Looking forward to unwind here again.

This resort is Highly recommended. Rooms rates are cheap but with superb staffs that meets your needs. They are all friendly as well as the owner of the place. ♥️ Their food are all delicious at a reasonable price. Korean Crispy Fried Chicken is a must try!👍🏻 Kudos to their chef, “India”, my family always had a pleasant meal which is important to me during vacays. It was my husband’s birthday and they made it extra special. It was definitely a memorable one. The place is also clean and sanitized as well. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.

The best recharge I badly needed”
Randomly booked this place thinking of the no power on that weekend. When we got there, I realized that its the resort I've been interested in. The room was lovely and very clean. The food is great and they have really friendly staff. I love the view from our room. Overlooking the pool area and the beach front. Will definitely come back cuz we werent able to go swimming. I couldnt at the time because I just dyed my hair. Definitely in my list to do when we come back. SWIMMING and More food to try.

I stayed there with my two kids as a treat to my little boy's birthday. I booked it right after I read the reviews that they were very strict with their guests, I mean, with the pandemic still going on. We had an amazing experience at the resort. The room and pool is very clean. Food is good. At night time, it's very quiet. They also gave us a complimentary birthday pancake for my little boy. The staff is very attentive. Overall, the place is really awesome.

Great resort with great hospitality”
I stayed at the Executive Queen Guest room for one night. It was a very nice room with direct access to the beach from the terrace. I could hear the sound of the waves all the time while I was sleeping, which is very romantic. MARINE SANCTUARY is very close by. They provided me with a snorkel set for free. For dinner, I had Singapore Style Chili Crab at the poolside restaurant. It was absolutely delicious! The chef is a jovial and fun guy. The breakfast included in the room rate was also very good. What impressed me the most was the hospitality of the staff. They were very helpful and friendly. The friendly dogs were also very cute. I would definitely stay here again.

We were travelling with kids and two seniors, and both had fun and felt relaxed at the same time. The room was cleaned as well as the bedsheets and towels provided. Staff as well as the owners are very accommodating and kind! Thank you Mam Fita and husband for the lunch treat in celebration of the town fiesta. Na timing jud! 😀 Price was worth it. Location is very accessible. Indeed, our stay was funtastic!!!

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay her. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also have a lot of friendly dogs. The owners were also very nice and accommodating. They helped us with arranging our visit to Apo Island. The food at this place really blew me and my sister away. It was so good, props to the chef and it was well presented.

Everyone is friendly and sympathetic, like the staffs and the manager. They smile when we arrived, they smile when serving food, and they’re so accommodating. Really had a great time staying at A Villas. The place was really nice especially their infinity pool. The food was also decent and is reasonably priced. The staffs here are really comendable, they were friendly and always attends the best that they can with our needs. I actually have left my phone and they called us immediately to inform us. The downside is that the location is quite far from the city so it might be really quiet during the night. But if you are looking for a hotel that is far from the lights and buzz of the city plus its only a few minutes away from the port to apo island, then this is the place for you.

Had a bit of a staycation here. The staff were very polite and helpful. The place is great, we had the pool for ourselves, you may also enjoy the beach if you would prefer. The food is awesome and very instagramable. You can Netflix and chill in the room if you want. I recommend the family room with the terrace and the room closest to the beach, perfect for sunset and coffee.

This is a bland new resort! / 新築のリゾート!”
[EN] I like this countryside town "Zamboanguita". From Dumaguete to Zamboanguita for 30-40 minutes by Ceres Bus Liner and ticket fee is 45 pesos by non-aircon bus. I decided this resort because this one is new and cheap. A friendly Mom greeted me at the reception area. They prepared meals just for the sake of me. The next morning was like a planned blackout day. They turned the generator just for me, so I told them that I didn't need electricity. I was able to just relax and enjoy without air-con and Wi-Fi. [JP] DumagueteからCeres Bus Linerで30-40分、ノンエアコンバスで45ペソ、この田舎町が私は好きです。今回のリゾートは新しいのと安いのとで決定。現地では優しいMomが迎えてくれました。今回のゲストは私1人だけ。部屋は勿論新品同様。私のためにだけに食事を用意してくれたり、致せり尽くせりでした。翌朝は計画停電の日のようでした。私のためだけに発電機を回してくれたので、電気はもう要らないと伝え、ノンエアコン、ノンwi-fiでただただのんびり過ごすことが出来ました。

Birthday Roadtrip Gift for My Lovely Wife”
We had a great and very relaxing stay at the resort. The resort's amenities are simple yet classy and very well maintained specifically in our room. Our room's location at the second floor offered us a beautiful view of the infinity pool area and the sea! Food service and quality was very good. The resort, being newly constructed only a few months ago has a promising future ahead once it is fully developed. Location was great and just beside the main highway! Thank you to the very friendly and humble owners, the husband and wife team of Engrs. Fita and Rex Abella, cook/chef Jaypee and the rest of the staff.
