Please do not smoke indoors, on the balcony, or in the apartment premises, as it may cause a fire or smell. Even if you do not smoke in the room, if you smell tobacco in the room or find cigarette butts, you will be charged a deodorization fee so that the cleaning service can deodorize the room. The fee for cigarette deodorization is 19,800 yen. (The amount may vary depending on the contents of the work.) *Parties are not allowed. *If there are any traces of shoes in the room, you will be fined 10,000 yen. *You will be billed for any expenses incurred, such as broken or lost keys, damaged or lost furniture or equipment, stains on bedding or sofas, change of linens due to bedwetting, or use of more linens than the number of people booked. *Hair dyeing in the room is prohibited.
