Room is as advertised with full windows, city view. Staff is awesome and the Lady manager is exceptional in her role. Awesome morning food and coffee
Good location with happening night street, but the front desk service need to be improved”
Reach the hotel at around 5.30pm...but being told that need to wait another 1 hour so that my room is ready.. On next day morning, not much choice been given for the hotel breakfast menu...when I decided to take a morning walk, the hotel receptionist call me and ask for my room number and ask me what time I going to check out...Why not she check from her system instead of asking me Check out time, more funny questions by her..First, she ask me did I consume any drinks in the room..I saw the hotel cleaning lady went into my room for checking when I out from the room ..If I consume anything, she definitely will inform the front desk..why still ask me that question..Secondly, she say I bring someone back to my room at night...OMG, i staying alone whole night, meaning that she she saw "someone" enter my room?? I tell her pls check the CCTV properly..She seems like not believe that I staying alone...So, she expect me as a solo guy should bring someone back to the room at night??
Very Friendly Staff - Great Hotel”
We stayed here for 6 nights and found it to be very comfortable and in a great location. We would definately stay here again. The staff on the front desk were very friendly as were the staff who helped us book a private driver and a tour to Ha Long Bay. The room was a great size, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fine. The breakfast was a bit lacking, but for the price of the hotel this really isn't an issue. Make sure you ask the hotel for a map as you will get totally lost without one. Great laundry a couple of doors down. I purchased a local sim card but was unable to txt to Australia. I ended up using the credit to call home and this was really cheap.
hanoi manor hotel”
the hotel was good. clean and cheap, service was great. location is in the center of old quarter which is one of the tourist spots in Hanoi. downside is there's always heavy traffic going to and from the hotel.
Nice hotel in the old quarter”
What you need is just in this hotel , everything is fine
Badly maitained, terrible location next to Night Clubs”
This hotel is centrally located in the old quarter, convenient but it also mean being terribly close to the Night activity. In that sense, every night (at least fri, sat, sun) the 2 or 3 surrounding Night Club will play loudly until 2.30 or 3.00 Am in the morning. Most rooms are close enough that it will definitely stop you of sleeping (windows are vibrating). In addition, cleanliness and overall maintenance was particularly low for a hotel of this "standard" in Vietnam/South East Asia. Not recommended
I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is extremely comfortable. It's right at the center of pho Co. Many foreigners live nearby. The room is at high quality, including everything you need. The staff is quite friendly and easy-going. I could easily take my friends to my room. One thing is about the cleanliness when the staff didn't make my room.
Highly recommend the A25 hotel”
I have lived in the A25 Hotel - Luong Ngoc Quyen in my travel trip. I felt comfortable with facilities and staff attitude. The location is also perfect for visitors who want to discover the Old Quarters . All in all, I highly recommend the A25 Hotel.
Budget hotel near to drinking area”
The location of the hotel is very near to Ta Hien, a street with many bars and pubs. It's good if you enjoy a drink at night, but the close proximity also means it is hard to get the taxi to come into this area.
utterly disappointed! poor hotel!”
they insisted to keep our original passport rather than photocopy. was asked to deposit 350k dong to get my own passport back!! forgot to return my passport after checked out and i had to remind them!!! dirty and moldy bathroom with bathtub without bathtub stopper. breakfast not buffet style and without any drink one of the male receptionist have attitude problem that will spolit your holiday mood. have definitely stayed in better ones as compared to this. book this and u will regret for sure.
check out time not specified, charged extra $12”
We checked in at 6:00am, and the next day around 11:00am, we got a call from the reception saying that a day is counted as 24 hours, so we should have checked out at 6:00am, and we had to pay 40,000VND for every extra hour. We paid another 240,000VND for late checkout. pretty bad memories. and the motorbike there was expensive, 160,000VND for 24 hours.
Exelent service. Very nice and spacious rooms”
Dolphin is located in a Very busy street of the old quarter like many other hotels, the friendly and very helpful staff will make the difference on your stay here. Rooms are very spacious and clean, everything is close by and taxis are cheap if you want to get anywhere.
Friendly staff, very accommodating”
Excellent staff, all friendly and keen to assist in any late changes. We extended checkout until dark with less than hour notice and not a problem (half room rate charged extra which was fine). Helpful with town and tour information however not pushy. Rooms are spacious with decent size bathroom. Breakfast ok. Great location, easy walk to the lake and markets however still quiet.
Fantastic hotel, amazing staff & Great Location”

Convenient hotel but noisy”
Pros for this hotel - convenient, clean and good breakfast. However, it is right next to the pub which closes at 1am every night, and this pub is very noisy. So we found it a bit difficult to sleep. Overall, this is a good hotel with friendly service. If they could fix up the noise problem, it would be highly recommended.
Great Accommodation At Affordable Price”
Service was very efficient and courteous. The room assigned to us was clean, spacious and bright. Everything was provided from fridge, safe, toiletries, slippers, hairdryer, fruit basket, complimentary coffee/tea. The location of the hotel was quite central in the old quarters and we did not have any problems moving around. Just walking around the hotel was a great experience!
