Friendly hotel in a good location ”
Very supportive and friendly staff. Room and washroom is big specious. Hotel locations is very good, near to many markets, shops and happening places. We stayed there for there nights. Will stay there next time.

Hotel is in great location, only 5-10 min walk from the city centre and night life. The hotel it self is ok, we where really lucky woth receptionist who worked on the night of our stay - he was really plesant and helpfull (even called to confirm our bus reservation as reservation email came in Vietnamees and we where not able to read it).

Good hotel with very understanding and accommodating staffs ”
We had book 4 rooms for a group of 5 people. Maintenance of the room was not really done well which is why i give a lower score in facilities. The first room i had had a shower head with no shower hose attached. Called the receptionist and the maintenance was send up to check. They said they will fix it.So we went out for our business.And when we were back in the evening .Ready for a shower.The Hose is still not fix.the hose is still missing. Called the receptionist again and they offer to let us change to another room which we gladly accepted and have to lug all our belongings to another floor. Rooms cleanliness is good with fresh towels provided everyday. Body foams and shampoo is also provided. Breakfast is good. But not recommended for those staying for too long .Getting the same things everyday .Try to be early so that things are nice and hot. they open the restaurant at 7am . Excellent location to the main bus interchange where you can hop on to go anywhere in the city . Overall will stay again if i come back. But hope they improve on their maintenance.

I have been staying at A25 hotel (previously named Moonlight hotel) located at 180-184 Nguyen Trai whenever I travel to HCM city. I have checked in to the hotel on 31st May 2017 and will checkout on 6th June 2017. During my 5 days of stay at your hotel, I have to remind the reception to do housekeeping for my room everyday. Despite reminding the reception, the housekeeping for my room is not done when I return back to the hotel by end of the day. The standard of housekeeping and reception services in your hotel is definitely not worth the money I am paying for.

I booked a VIP ROOM and i was in the back of the hotel with the Steel Fire escape STAIRS on the back wall where the bed is, you can hear all the cleaning lady's walking up and down the stais. Staff on nightshift could not speak english and i had to verrify my own room. The bathroom blind was broken and could not go up or down unless you stood on the bath to roll it up. Breakfast on first morning was order yours and get what ever they give you. May as well go out and buy your own. Cleaned and made beds after 3.00 PM we came back to our room and had to tell them our room was ready to be serviced. There was no free water as on the list everything had a price.
