I am responsible operator at Silverpark Resort, who always send staff to stand by at guard house during prime check in time 3pm to 5pm, therefore you hardly facing issue long waiting at Guard house waiting for key & excess card to enter into apartment We also provide self check in by picking the key from key box upon Green light from us( it is at Guard house, Green color box) FH Comfy Home with strong operations team who covers cleaning & sanitising works, we promised Clean, Sanitised unit for all Guest, we never compromise Cleaning in the apartment. Many different operator run the renting, Resort staff eg security guard is beyong our control, anything ps text us, make sure yiu get help

Quiet hour after 10pm Private apartment, kindly lower down the noise level. After 10pm, ps soft chat at living hall with sliding door closed please .(we prefer family, for adult Group you take Comfy C2-5-1, C3-3A-2) No loud muzik, karaoke set speaker and other similar stuff Each apartment come with 2 excess card ONLY, 3rd car ps park out of Resort eg Mosque area (about 500meter away from Resort) We apply Pork Free Policy.

This is original furnishing with fantastic view, Guest who love natural green will love this unit, as most of time are outdoor activity, enjoying green, nothing luxury but a clean & comfortable apartment Fussy guest with higher expectation may go for refurbished unit or luxe unit. We promised clean & comfortable apartment.

Nice, comfy and clean place. Unfortunately the complex is a bit run down. Beds are clean and comfortable. Water pressure is a bit low but still adequate. The view from the balcony is beautiful.

Thank you very much. Yes, it is listed as Original furnishing, all are good condition & Water Boiler is worj=king well (follow user guide at the bathroom door). It is FANTASTIC view, good place to chill up. FH Comfy Home, we promised for Clean & sanitised apartment (we are at Silverpark Resort). Everyone affort for this accommodation A256.

Excellent facility, but a bit lonely place.”

This place is great, easy to find, clean, but a bit lonely to stay. If you are going in a group then great. We had an amazing stay, owner was easy to communicate, fast service. I would like to recommend this place as it is beautiful and got best view in Fraser hills.
