the house is nice, clean and properly facilitated. - wifi are excellent. fast and stable. - extra mattresses and pillows provided - refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, water heater, air conditioners and washing machine available and its all working perfectly. - great big screen tv with usb player (bring your own ext hard disk) - nice and clean swimming pool. - alot of parking spaces - friendly security guards - friendly and nice house keeper and owner *one of the best homestay*

An excellent experience. The unit is a very new, same as in the pictures, huge, clean, fully equipped with kitchen, utensils, big fridge, washing machine, extra mattress and pillow. If you have a big family, you should no be worried if you stay in this unit. You will feel like you are in your own house. The swimming pool is also awesome. My kids really enjoyed. Location is easy access to the town. The owner and taker are very friendly and responsive.

The place look like a new place and surprise the apartment is furnished with nice bed, sofa and even washing machine. The place also equipped with security card to access the main lobby and from parking area at basement. There is also another card for access at guard post. The service provided the owner (En Kamil) also very good, friendly and fast response for any inquiries. I will definitely will come back here again in future.
