"I stayed in a one-bed room on my first night and then transferred to the bigger room with two beds, which is pretty decent."

Good for transit”
7 minutes walk to Terminal 3 if you are accustomed to Manila. But if you are going there to AAM with your gf or bf, it is NOT appropreate to stay. Only for transit for a guy is convenient.
Your neighbor to the airport”
I must say that this transient house is the closest (& cheapest of course) accommodation you can get if you are flying via airport. Terminal 3 is almost a stone-throw away but if you are flying from other terminals, that is another story. :-) Tip: Close to Resorts World so might as well hit the area first prior to your departure.
Excellent location”
This hotel is in good location just across road from Terminal 3 (Cebu pacific) . Ideal for short stays between connecting flights. Good security. Clean room. Good aircon. Clean sheets and towels. Only small room but adequate. Toiletries supplied. Close to food outlets. Very basic but very affordable for Manila. Easy walk to airport except for the traffic. Manila taxi's won't be able to find it so go to Terminal 3. Local Airport taxi's know where it is. Negatives are wifi only in stairwell, cold shower, hard to find first time. Only a dozen philippino tv stations . No cable tv.
Best place to stay near NAIA Terminal 3”
Bookings done few hours before we depart from Davao to Manila. My wife had a business trip to Boracay early in the morning so we need a place to stay near NAIA T3. Fortunately, this hotel is 5mins away via taxi to the airport. I only payed Php900.00 for just one night. We were exhausted and hit the sack. In the morning we had a good night rest. Unfortunately, we have big luggages and worst there is no service lift/elevator so i had to pick one by one all the luggages from the reception to 4th floor 😂 But still, value for money and place near the airport is quite convenient. Thanks to Agoda!
Exceptional”
nice place to stay in manila... very near to AIRPORT and 1-ride going to major cities in manila... very accomodating staff, clean place to stay...frequent guest.
Excellent value close to Terminal 3”
The hotel is within walking distance (about 10 minutes) from Terminal 3. Although located right next to a busy expressway, you barely hear the traffic with the aircon running, even if you get a room facing the expressway. There is no elevator, but the friendly staff helped carry our luggage up and down to/from floor 4. Clean room with working Internet, TV, and inside bathroom for a price you can't beat that close to the airport.
Nearest affordable place from T3”
Pillows and towels looked dirty and yellow, although room was clean. The place needs refurbishing. Overall, I just tolerated the place as I was very tired. Looks like more of a motel than a hotel or a transient house. Staff a bit rude (I arrived at lunch time so perhaps I interrutped their lunch). WiFi slow, Data or Cellular signal non existent. If you have no other choice stay here.
Stayed many times”
Because it's close to terminal 3. Always booked thru Agoda. One time when airline moved the flights to next day, neither hotel nor Agoda were willing to change or refund the booking for 2 rooms. The booking was lost and I had to pay for another 2 rooms booking next day. AAM was saying they can't do anything because it's booked thru Agoda, and Agoda was saying they can't do it due to hotel policy. So probably both AAM and Agoda bullshitting. However with a good will of Hotel they sure could have done it. Therefore made me an unhappy customer
Good location and value for money”
The place is just outside Naia terminal 3. The price for each room is very affordable considering the good location. There is no cafeteria but there is a lot of stores outside where you can buy foods and other things. Very accomodating staffs. The only disadvantage with this place is that they have no elevator and you will be needing help if you have heavy luggage.
Basic clean and close to airport”
My second stay here was 26&27 October 2017....room 201 This time around I had a better room...tv was working with 8 or so cable channel......very basic place with room for luggage and bed....u won’t stay in the room all day..to small for that..it is on a very busy noisey road but 4 minute walk to terminal 3...no taxi needed....staff very friendly and helpful....perfect for a one or two day stay .....I will be back because of location and price
Nice Place walking distance from terminal 3”
Reasonable price, very clean and accommodating staff. The only problem is the wifi signal cannot be connected inside the room and no elevator.
Ok if you are near the airport”
Probably the cheapest option if you are stuck in Terminal 3 of Manila. No hot water in the shower though and the Wifi works only in the hallway.
lay over stay.”
we had to layover in manila for 8.5 hours so we decided to get a place to stay. this place was small run down. hot water is none existent. the women at the front desk was nice. but I guess for the price you pay for in that area I shouldnt complain. but I wouldn't stay there for more than 8 hours.
Clean but tv has only 4 channels (abs-cbn tv plus), the bathroom is small.”
The room, sheets, towels are clean. With soap and shampoo but no toilet paper. The bathroom is small, shower was damaged but still usable. No hot or cold option. The airconditioning is good, tv has only four channels (abs-cbn tv plus), wi-fi is only good outside the room and in the stairways, no additional outlet for charging of cellphone or laptop (need to plug out the tv before you can charge). It's near NAIA terminal 3, near 7-eleven and there are restos and food stalls nearby but I don't like the neighborhood (maraming tambay). We also had a hard time locating the guest house.
Very very good hotel”
A 5-star experience. One important warning is: With flooding and rain during our rainy season in Philippines it is nearly impossible to leave the hotel because of the high water level (up to your waist level on body). During dry days, enjoy.
Very good”
Very convenient for me. I was travelling with my toddler and our flight was cancelled. It was a last minute deal. Thank you very much. Though the place is quiet difficult to find, we still managed. Just be mindful and read the sign as indicated in the picture.
Quick stop”
We had a short stop in Manila and did not want to wait at the airport in the middel of the night. Found this very valuable cheap hotel close to the airport Terminal 3 (domestic flights). Checked in at two o´clock AM, no problem at all. There was no elevator so we had to take the stairs up to third floor and a small room. Got a few hours of sleep, which felt very good. Noisy aircon, noisy traffic from the street outside. But at this cost you can´t ask for much
Beware of the location”
Arrived there after dark, we asked the taxi to leave us near 7Eleven (2 mins walk from the hotel) as we had to buy water etc, we had spent a few nights before in Manila but never felt unsafe like around there, we were the only foreigners AND carrying backpacks in the street and some people were literally barking at us, no kidding. It's a 10 mins walk from Terminal 3 but what people don't tell you is that if you want to walk you need to cross a massive multi lane road under a kind of motorway, our flight was at 7 AM so we had to do it in the middle of the night (there's no public lights/traffic lights) and there's no tricycles/taxis at that time near the hotel, we were very happy we made it to the airport still in one piece. Hotel itself is perfect for one night stay but not sure I'd stay there again, would probably rather spend 20 mins on a taxi and go a little further into town/better area.
Walking distance from T3 for overnight stopover”
Ideal where you don't wish to risk missing a domestic flight after arriving internationally in the evening. Walk out of airport against one-way traffic and cross road under the new flyover being built (opposite City Hall). The map location is incorrect. Walk a further 200 metres and look out for door (easy to walk past and not see). The hotel and room is very basic but clean. No hot water in the shower. Staff friendly. It ain't the Ritz but I was back at T3 in less than 10 minutes the next day after a good night's sleep.
Transient hotel”
People please...look at the name....if u want 5 star place..go some where else...but if u want very basic clean and close to airport for transfers etc then this is the place..only $18 bucks so value for money....not really any good for family’s...only for in transit passsengers....good aircon..just tie Curtin in a knot....no hot water or real tv signal..but u get toothbrushes shampoo and towel....like a backpackers place..u do have to go upstairs if u have luggage...I am going back there because of location from airport...don’t view this place as a resort..it’s not...but it severs my purpose between connecting flights
