Very expensive with poor maintenance and management, waste of money and time
Tidy Ness and management need to be improve.not a single penny worth to visit .it will shut very soon.

Silent Corner
It was a pleasant stay, peace and tranquality all over. Staff was very friendly. The light and sound show was amazing, one of its kind. The only area of improvement was the quality of beds. Mattresses were not comfortable. As a mattress expert I would suggest the management to improve the quality of mattresses atleast to a pocket spring mattress.

Birthday celebration at Ambey Valley
This was my 2nd visit to Ambey Valley. It was a lovely drive thro' mountains and fog from Pune, we reached there in 2 hours comfortably. Whole place looked as if it really needed some Maintainance and upkeep as the roads were not in a great shape. Hotel areas, exteriors, benches, billboards found damaged at several places. Apart from this, staff was quite polite and helpful, it was a nice gesture from Utkarsh to arrange a birthday cake from their end. Rajasthani thali at Manujhar Restaurant was superb although found a little expensive Rs. 2,200/- for 2 people. We also enjoyed putting at the golf course. Excellent gesture to arrange Mercedes E class as a complimentary transport within, internal cleanliness and hygiene could have been better. Musical fountain show at 7.30 PM was a great addition..Good work guys..

Excellent property amidst nature and awesome customer service
Congratulations to the entire Team Aamby Valley for your generosity, hospitality and affection that the entire staff exhibit so effortlessly every time. We had a pleasurable and memorable experience staying within your beautiful crafted opulent premises amidst the natural environment. We were put up at the Spanish Cottage- 407 and the Aussie Chalet -289B (15th Aug - 19th Aug) respectively within our stay period. Every moment we had spent within the property was a remarkable event and life time experience for us. We are extremely happy with the service and would like to extend our Special Appreciation for those people who may not be placed at the front desk but they are the key part of an organisation- (The Stableman or hostler/ the golf cart drivers / housekeeping staff/ F&B Team/ Team 19 Degree North / Mr. Balu Bhandare- an exceptionally good water safari tour guide) Apologies if I have missed on many other departments. Excellent location but poor & customer unfriendly management
There should be CLEAR mention of NO OUTSIDE LIQUOR policy ON BOOKING VOUCHER. We had to deposit our liquor bottle at entry gate. It becomes very inconvenient, especially in rainy season, to collect liquor bottles deposoted at gate of entry while exiting, as entry & exit are at a distance. No guest liquor policy creates tremendous negatve feeling right at the time of entry and lingers in mind forever. At entry gate one gets feeling that you are not welcome. Security staff have no welcome smile on their faces & have indifferent, high handed look. Personnel at reception were ill informed about facilties, resort had. Surlrisingly Restaurants staff & food were very good. Drivers of resort carts & cars were polite. Poor Room Service. No bar in room. Fridge not working. Excellent location but poor & customer unfriendly management. I have not experienced such negative feeling in any Hotel in any country I visited.
