the hotel provide free shuttle bus to tainan train station. Room size is big. breakfast is included and is better than expected. no shuttle bus bring you back from the station. Not very convenient, need to take taxi when you travel back to hotel.

the hotel checkout time is 12:00, at 11:45, we still stayed in th room, and the hotel staff called and said impolitely impolitely : (like)"dont you know it's already checkout time!!?" and she soonly hanged up the phone(indignatly)! what the...... we were ready to check-out and didnt stay Overtime!

The hotel is close to the airport. There are limited eating locations nearby. Room had no window which was strange. Breakfast was OK and staff produced coffee which did not initially appear to be available.

Located far away from the tourist spot, hard to get public transport, will need to take taxi to those places of interest. If you are taking high speed train, then, the location still ok, as the shuttle bus will pass by the area.

櫃台小姐很親切，服務很好”
有地下停車場可以免費停車，非常方便 雖然提早半小時到，櫃台仍然讓我們先入住，房間有免費提供備品 到了住宿樓層出電梯聞到淡淡煙味，可能有房型不是禁菸房或是沒品的房客房間抽菸 進入房間看得出設備有年代，但有浴缸廁所也打掃很乾淨，冷氣是中央空調，只能條風量不能調溫度，風量最小我覺得其實也蠻強的 隔音可以聽到走廊的講話聲，只能靠大家自律 床不得不說真的很好睡，硬度剛好 下午冷熱水正常，但晚上熱水突然變小，打給櫃檯小姐處理速度很快，還有人親自到來敲門問說熱水流量有沒有正常了，有嚇到哈哈 早上起來廁所有煙味，應該是透過其他房間的管道瀰漫進來的
