Good hotel ”
The hotel is near the pisa tower and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The TV has many channels with different languages. Absolutely loved it

Awful - avoid at all cost”
Upon arrival at a hotel that presents itself as a 5 star establishment, we were informed that our rooms would not be ready until 3pm but that we could use the pool whilst we waited. Out to the pool we ventured to find the advertised whirlpool area not in operation and scabby. The swimming pool itself was dirty and very cold. There was no service at the pool and the only bar is inside the hotel and rarely open so nowhere to get a refreshment whilst lying in 30+ degree heat...not ideal. At 3pm we were shown to our first dirty room situated right next to lifts and reception. Requested alternative room - were moved to another dirty room. Shower seals burst which led to room flooding. Another room where the same problem existed. Were eventually offered a suite. Moved to the suite - the dirt, that we were now accustomed to, gave us the comfort of consistency. Air conditioning set to 28 degrees and could not be changed. As the telephone in the room was not working, went to reception who explained that they would fix the issue. Went out for dinner and upon returning to the room found that the issue had not been resolved. Called the hotel from my mobile phone only to be told that they would resolve the issue. Upon leaving the hotel the following morning, the room remained at 28 degrees and we were exhausted after an almost sleepless night. Some time later called receptionDoor could not be locked or unlocked without 5 minutes of messing with the most ridiculous of keys. The lady at reception did all she could to help us but the reality is that this hotel is presenting itself as something it is not. There is a distinct lack of management. Pretty much every aspect of this hotel is broken. This hotel needs to be shut down, have the property issues resolved and appropriate levels of management and staffing put in place.

Excellent ”
Opened in 2010 this is the only 5 star in Pisa. Located outside the town on the old Via Aurelia, it has a country- feel. I spent three pleasant days after trips to Siena and Florence

A delightful hotel”
Obliged to wait a couple of days for a flight I chose to stay near Pisa. The city is not particularly attractive and I decided to branch out for three nights in th Pisa Tower Plaza. An excellent choice as the weather is so warm. Set in a large gardens it’s almost like being in the countryside. The Tower and Cathedral are 15 minutes walk away. Michael

Sehr schönes Hotel, großzügige Zimmer, Parkplätze vor der Haustür (Außerhalb des Geländes auch kostenfrei) . leider nicht ganz so sauber (Ablagerung in der Dusche, Flecken auf der Bettwäsche)

Bra läge till allt men inte värt pengarna för rummet inget 5 stjärnor utan 4. Städning där efter. Trevlig personal i receptionen som försöker hjälpa till såg gott det dom kan. Frukosten inte prisvärd finns trevligt café i närheten med goda mackor. Poolen inget att ha ser inte ut som på bilden i verkligheten.

Hotellet virker litt slitt, frokosten var enkel mye kaker litt frukt. Internett på rommet var dårlig ustabil svak. Trimrommet var enkel og veldig varmt
