Cons: Nothing! Absolutely none. Pros: Great location, close to the airport, just below the metro station, availability of many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. They serve amazing food via room service too so you don't have to worry about the taste or quantity. 24×7 room service, whether it be 3 in the morning or 11 at night. Cleaning service is very efficient and the staff never disturbs you, you can enjoy your peace and your space. Rooms are very beautiful with a clean spotless attached bathroom. They give you free toiletries like a razer, toothpaste, brush etc. Complimentary breakfast is filling and you get options like the classic toast omelette tea/coffee or the Indian varieties like puri bhaji or dosa. For the price we pay, this hotel gives us top notch service.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. The room was clean and it was away from the hustle and bustle of the busy street. Quiet room. The staff were very pleasant and professional. My first day, one of them did not even accept a tip for carrying my almost 30kg luggage up three flights of stairs! To be honest, this was the first I had experienced it. I was very touched by his sincerity and his spirit of excellence. Not just regarding heaving the bag up the narrow stairs but in everything else he did that I observed during my stay. It is truly a blessing to have him in an organization. If you are looking for a convenient place to stay to do local shopping, this would not rank the top of the list. However, if you are looking for a clean and safe place to stay while not minding taking the metro or grabbing an auto-rickshaw to go places, this is your place. It is economically priced, safe, pleasant, clean and near the airport.

Nice hotel”
We stay 3 nights in Whiteshell hotel in a family room. It was enough big for a 4member family and clean. The bathroom also good and clean - I am afraid of it, because I can't find pictures on the Internet from the bathroom. The hotel is on halfway to Port and bikini beach, everything you get within 5min. The staff was nice and helpful, wait for us in the port, also they drop off us and arrange tours (we buy it together with the room). One of the tours was beautiful, made by shadow palm hotel/tours, but the second was not so good, it was a night fishing and was boring after half an hour (but maybe only for us). We catch 2fish, was never get them and no barbecue was made. First night we get a la cart dinner and was really delicious. We ordered half board. Other nights had buffet, but was limited and not so much to choose. The buffet breakfast taste better.

A decent place to stay”
I arrived earlier than check in time and they allowed me to get into my room. The single room has limited space but just enough for sleeping a night or two. The bathroom has cold and hot shower, no leaks or bad fixture. It is below the metro station, expect street noise is audible. The staff ensures safety and sticks to their policy regarding check in of "unmarried" couple is not allowed. Overall stay was right for the price.

Little rooms for a little budget”
Hotel is situated under the Marol naka metro station. And is 5 mins drive from the airport. Rooms are clean. But tiny. But then again the price you pay makes it a bargain. Staff where good and I think it will be a much better place to stay in a few years once all the building work on the underground station is finished.

Rooms are actually quite clean ac tv and hot water was working! Staff is kinda helpfull too! Dont expect too much but its ok for the price! The area is nothing special but its close to the airport!

awful if you with small kids or infants”
right on main road, a tiny row hotel ( no parking for cars etc)..rooms are probably for 'hourly' hotel standards. Our family room was not available suddenly due to aircon issue but they failed to inform us in advance!!!...so we ended in 2 awful rooms ( bedsheets,towels all stained ) ..some cockroaches on the bed too...but toilets were quite modern and well done. Breakfast is only indian spread, decent ... We will never come back here; avoid the place if you with kids or infants
