It's worth the price”
You get what you paid for. Its not an expensive place to stay so we should also not expect a 5-star hotel facilities. The room is clean as well as the linens, the appliances are fine. The heater in the shower works well. Everything is great. No free wifi but we already know that. Its located in the heart of d city. The mall is just walking distance. We just love everything in it. My family and I will definitely recommend it.

Cockroach everywhere ”
We sighted not just one but 3 cockroaches in the room and even entered my partners pajamas and she screamed to death. Also bidet is not working which is a minus points for me since the provided toilet paper is lacking.

PRACTICALLY GOOD but PLEASE IMPROVE”
The place was clean, i loved it. However, my parents (on the extra foam provided) complained there's this not-so-pleasant scent of the extra foam and pillows. Also, please take out advertisement saying there was complimentary coffee/tea. There was none. Overall, it was a nice stay. Will still recommend your place.

Booked room in repair, assigned room sink in bathroom stuck, not cleaned properly, aircon noisy like airplane, no amenities like free WIFI. Next day assigned another room, no free WIFI, and no amenities, and no warm water as I found out later. Towels in poor shape. Not in mood to spend another day waiting for a new room

Never book this place. I was so disappointed. Upon entering the unit, there’s already a foul smell. There were spider webs on the light. The bed sheet was dirty. The towel provided already looks like a rag. The toilet is not well-maintained. I wish I could have a refund as we did not stay in this place. We could not stand how dirty this place was.

Arrived to find the place smelling of food and indeed the cooking utensils were left unwashed. The place was untidy it looked unkempt. I didnt bother staying at all and booked at another property. I didnt even get an apology from the host.

There was no free Wi-Fi. They expect you to pay it yourself with G cash and foreigners do not have G cash. The TV did not work. The bed linen looked old and dirty and had holes. The owner does not respond to requests in a timely manner. We had to cook on the floor with a portable burner which almost started a fire. Caretaker said she’d bring an adapter but never did show up. No communication. Avoid this dirty place you will be ripped off and DISAPPOINTED!!

We booked for this room but they suddenly not available, some guest stayed on the room so they offer other rooms which is not ready the electric kettle had left over noodles on it, the pillows were not clean, the sheet were smelly. No free coffee and tea and the pool will charge you 150 I will not comeback on this kind of hotel

What a scam”
We never get to stay at the place. The place was occupied by someone else. The caretaker never showed up to explain what happened. We were tossed around their other units, which by the eay was also occupied. The security guard of the bldg. Tried to help us out but the care taker of the unit never bothered to see us down at the lob by. What a bad experience.
