Overall was a good place to stay some small issues i had to buy some kitchen stuff as it was missing some things and staff fixed my concerns also I would recommend. If you plan to cook kitchen is small and very basic setup the microwave needs extension cord as everytime use it u must take it off the fridge and plug into wall because there is no power outlet near these small details need to be addressed

It was nice and clean. Everything you need were there. It feels like home. Very pleasing and at the same time very functional. It has a good location, just fronting the mall.

Uncoordinated Check-in”
The staff did not know about our booking and we had to wait outside of the building at 2PM with the sun glaring at us. The unit is also very dirty. Rug, couch, and walls were full of stains and marks.

The unit stated to be above 30 sq..meter is not true. Actual unit size is only 25 sq meters. Overall place is not clean. Cobwebs on bathroom CR, Exhaust Fan in CR thick with dusts, walls got plenty of dirt in it, bathroom lock broken. There was a water pool stagnated with thick dust at utility cabinet. A vaccuum cleaner inside wardrobe cabinet. Kitchen cabinets with dust, frying pan with a layer peeled off. The 4 electric burner only one is working. The bedsheets doesnt seemed have been changed with hair in it and smelled used. Overall experience is not that great. Airconditioner is dirty. Had to cleaned up the whole place before settling in. Wifi is not free, so different as what was stated in agoda website. Would not recommend this place.

A not so chill place after all!”
No doubt the place is in a good location, however the place is kinda messy. The kitchen sink is clogged, the toilet is dirty with rubbish of the previous dweller May have left upon check out. The bed, sheet cover, pillows and blanket were horrible or should I say horrendous! There was no internet connection amidst my effort to load the number provided. The only good about the place is it’s location which made it easy for me to get out of the place and chill somewhere in Abreeza Mall instead. All in all I was not pleased with my stay! Pictures can be deceiving indeed and this place is a true testament of expectation versus reality. Reality bites apparently!

Unhygienic, dirty, leaking sewage, blocked sink, the place was dirty, sat on a chair and it collapsed on the floor in pieces. Aircon wasn't cleaned in years so I had to clean it myself.. disgusting. Rubbish Bin bags way too small. The sign on the entry floor said remove shoes...? Why so my feet can get dirty? Poor lighting. Nothing was good.

our entire stay in this unit 2720 t2 , was so bad.. The room was messy, not clean, towel, pillow case and blanket have bad smell… CR is dirty and not comfortable to stay. The couch is itchy and the sink is not draining… wifi is so bad, not working most of the time… we can’t watch even the tv… the curtain is not even suitable in day time…
