Not clean, staff 👍”
Bedsheet, towel and blanket are in not good condition, well used one maybe by all the people that have used the room. The room also (in my experience for 2 adult room) only consist of a bed, a chair and an aircond, just it. Toilet is outside shared with other guests and not clean as well but still okay to use. One good thing here is the staff is really helpful.

The price is cheap but poor facilities. The bed is unstable and quite dirty; and not to forget the door need some maintenance. Here, We need to share the bathroom and toilet with everyone hence the inconveniece. But, the staff is helpful and friendly.

Dirty, smelly and cockroaches”
Low price, awsome location less than 50m from LRT station. But the room was dirty, floors was dirty, my pillow case both smelled like they have been use hundreds of times and never washed. Next morning i see a family of cockroaches running on the floor, some even end up in my bags. OMG! Please keep the infestation away and clean your rooms better.

The location of the hotel is very good. But the hotel facilities need to improve. At the time of arrival they charged me the tourist tax RM 10 per day. But it was exempted by the government at that time due to COVID-19 pandemic.
