We couldn’t believe how lovely this place was for the price. Very clean rooms and pool, comfy beds, modern bathroom and room. The location is good as it’s lovely and quiet but has plenty of restaurants around and you can walk easily to the beach. We were so grateful for our stay here.

A bit of a late check in and an early check out after my first visit to Bali in many years. Room was more then adequate and nice new clean and tidy with friendly helpful staff. I don't often stay in Sanur but the location was convenient after a rather long ferry journey. The property is fine for me not to close to the beach but nice and quiet and private...had a great 😴

Stayed for 2 nights, but when we came back nobody clean the room n garbage full. The wall between each room not really soundproof,quite noisy from the next door, extra bed is hard,not good for your back.

Maintenance please”
This guest house offers great potential. Good location, fast internet, quite big rooms. But it needs some maintenance (loose hose, loose toilet seat etc.). I don’t expect a full cleaning everyday in this price range. However, dropping the towels on the floor (in front) as suggested by the owner, was still not clear enough for the staff. We really had to ask for it firmly. And what is the idea of advertising free coffee/water, if you don’t replenish it everyday? So not excellent, but in general not too bad and the fast internet would be a good reason to come back.

We informed you house keeping is available from 6am until 12 noon everyday. after checking with my staff you didn't leave the room until after this time, whenever you asked for anything after 12 noon we provided it to you. We are undertaking maintenance room by room and replacing all AC , and outdoor furniture.

The building as advertise”
We had a pleasant stay because we like the room so much. But, hospitality does not 100%. Yes, the staff are very polite but seem clueless about the questions and answers. They have the menu in the room, but when we ordered they said they need to ask the owner. The staff said we should inform them a day before if we wanted breakfast but they didn't tell us the day we arrived. Also during checkout, if you need to put your luggage in the front office they charge you 100K per item.

Noisy aircon and fan,soft bed”
As a travel agent i always only book 1 night first, to see how things are. In this hotel the mattress was far too soft, the aircon from the surrounding rooms made the bed vibrate and the fan i used was also noisy. I told this the guy at reception when i checked out at 11am, 1 hour before check out time. I wanted to leave my suitcase at the reception, but he demanded 20k each for 2 items-1 hour before official checkout time. I left very angry-with my luggage. Had a Gado Gado at a nearby Warung for 30k, left my bags there for free and found a much better hotel for the same price.

We are sorry you found our mattress too soft for your liking. This is the first instance anyone has ever mentioned this to us, as you will appreciate a mattress is a personal preference. We will look into why you state the AC from the room next door was too noisy, stating it made your bed vibrate from over 7 meters away is obviously a little bit of an exaggeration as this level of noise would be very noticeable to everyone. As for being charged to store luggage, when you are checked into our premises all your luggage is insured, when uou check out it is no longer insured, hence the reason we charge a very small fee of only 20,000idr to cover the insurance cost against loss, damage or natural disasters which can occur at any time, most of our guests find this comforting.

Will give you the best tip I can, stay away from this place! Go to Google and read about this place. They have an construction site right behind the hotell making it loud from early morning till night time. There is black mould in the rooms and also outside in the corridors. Have never experienced an owner worse then this, he lies and says everything to avoid solving problems. They were aware of things that were broken in our room even before check in but still tried to make us pay for it. Just don't go here!

Excellent guesthouse”
More like a small hotel with large brand new rooms and all the amenities. Owner very nice and looked after bag for me while I went to Gili islands. Able to rent brand new bicycle for a good price. The cleaning lady/cook was the highlight of my stay. She was so friendly and nice to talk to. Guesthouse is set back from main gambling an st. But it's only a 10 min walk or 2 min bicycle ride away through the local streets. Felt very safe and secure

I highly recommend this new hotel. It's clean and have a nice swimming pool with long chairs. Staff is very helpful and did all they could do to make our stay very comfortable, I rarely saw this level of service. The only con I saw was the access to the hotel that was pretty hard, especially if you don't have a vehicle.

Very clean room. Comfortable bed and thick blanket. AC worked nicely and fridge was powerful. Staff was helpful and even ordered us a grabcar when we checked out. Location was actually quite nice. Google maps shows there's no road directly to the main road, but actually there is and it connects right next to Hardy's Mall. We have nothing bad to say about the place. Really highly recommended.

Clean nice rooms with big beds. Located in a difficult are but once you get around, you know the place. Easy to get motor cycle, bicycle, near to the beach, many restaurants nearby. Pool is clean. Staff are good. Breakfast was good.
