Happy to stay here, all very good, warm and frendly staff. I'd like to stay here because, all public transport etc lrt, monorial, free busses to centre city, i did'nt like to drive car in town, so i park a car at car park hotel charge per day RM10 pay by cashless TnG, debit/credit card. very easy to find a place to eat or buy necessities. Very recommended, Oh! If you like to bring kids to swimming pool, very helpful for kids activities.

Friendly staff with room was clean, only the lift access card need to improve for new technology, and the carpark need to pay rm10 for 24hours. Hope if next trip stay here can get this two improvement facility =)

The room is clean and the bed is comfy. But can consider to improve the sound proof quality. The room is near to the railway hence you can hear constantly heard the sound from the railway which is annoying at night.

Dear AC Hotels, pls consider changing your bathroom door to sliding one. All unit using swing door, the heavy door will be slammed each time customer in and out toilet, so noisy. Thanks

Pleasant stay for me. Local foods easy access. Nearby to hotel. Parking is charged to hotel guest for RM10/day using your Touchn-Go card. Supposed to be foc for guests. Pse take note on that for the management which when I stayed at Corus Hotel are free of charge for the guest.

Very Good Hotel Relocation Arrangements”
Received an email saying they didn't opened until end of April but they gave me two options either change the date or they will relocate me to their sister hotel, The Majestic Hotel KL. Since I have function to attend on that day, I agreed to hotel relocate with no extra charge. The reservation staff was very helpful & informative. Tq very much AC Marriott, even though I didn't have a chance to stay at ur hotel this time (this stay should be my third stay at this hotel) but I am very happy to be relocated to a very good hotel, even though the new location a bit far from the venue I had to attend (PWTC)

Everything was perfect n will always my kids n i first choice of hotel to stay. We stayed there for two nights but maybe i went out late at 2 pm the house keeping did not tidy our room n fill up the facilities. But next trip i will make sure they tidy up my room.
